When we go out to eat, my kids choose to skip dessert so they can choose their favorite doughnut from Krispy Kreme. Selections are always delicious. They have a limited option for coffees as well, and I enjoy those. One caution: Check your order. Some times attention to detail is not their strong suit.

Doughnuts are good. I've had one experience with excellent customer service during the later shift, but twice now, the morning crew has been a dissapointment (same individual). Granted, it was only a penny, but I was not given my change today on top of the lack of personality/friendliness. Also noticed that the booth seats could be wiped down a bit better.

Help me understand why they would spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to build a nice, clean, fancy Krispy Kreme, and then staff it with employees who are slow and don't know what they are doing?
First world problem, sure, but my wife and I waited for 20 minutes in the drive- through on a very slow day. They just opened a few months ago. You would think they'd have their act together.
Great donuts, for which they earn 1 star. But at this point, I think only Chuck Norris could save them from their selves.

The doughnuts were delicious as always-My mom got a regular coffee and only complaint she said was it tasted old but my iced coffee waa delicious as well!!!! Will definitely be back!!!! I love them too much NOT to go! 💜💜💜

Went inside to get a dozen mixed doughnuts to go. Things were fresh but not all things were in stock. No apple fritters for us. Though the creme filled, raspberry, lemon and chocolate glazed were delish.

The service is excellent however if you want the custard or jelly fill donut, dont expect much. We purchased a dozen and a half varieties and every single one barely had any filling. If you want the plain glaze, their great!

Major disappointment!
My family had a craving for doughnuts so what better place to go? We chose the drive through in hopes of faster service. We had only one vehicle in front of us.
We started what we thought was a simple order and noticed the voice on the speaker had changed. No big deal. We continued our order but at least three times was interrupted by the lady saying ok, drive to the next window. Finally I said, “I’m sorry but I’m not finished ordering.” Then she let me continue with the order. At the end, I asked if the doughnuts would be hot. She said, “They are only hot after 7 am, our sign isn’t on.”
When we got to the window. The girl gave us half our order then closed the window. We patiently waited for the second box but she continued about her business. After about two minutes she opened the window without speaking. I said are waiting for our other box. She replied, “Oh, I didn’t know.”
People really get excited about having a new Krispy Kreme in Middletown. We’ve been about four times since you opened. Every time, we could have written a bad review but thought, let’s given them a chance to get it together. Today, we had hoped for a better experience but left disappointed.
I suggest that you invest in better customer service training. Maybe you could take some tips from the staff a few doors down at Chick-fil-A. Until then, we’ll go elsewhere.
Best of luck!

We only purchased 4 donuts. They didn't have any coffee. They told us that it would take 20 minutes to brew coffee. We told them we would just take the donuts.

Have been several times, usually pretty slow in the drive thru. The last time we went sign said to come to window to order speaker out of order. Once we pulled forward sign on the window says microphone not working come in to order. I didnt know a microphone was required to speak with someone face to face. Totally unacceptable, parking lot was completely empty, if they keep up such great customer service they wont have enough business to stay open. Hard work goes a long way and laziness goes to the unemployment line. Hope they can pull it together.
