Krispy Kreme

Never in my life have I’ve been this disappointed. Did a 7 year old make these?The lemon glaze has separated, it’s just awful, I’ve gave this place several chances and each time it’s been a mess…

Ordered an original glazed latte and after being asked 3 times by the cashier and it being poorly translated to the manager who made it, they gave me an original glazed coffee. We approached asking for a correction and instead of politely declining to make the replacement, which would be fine, the manager Roger wanted to have an attitude and insist that we ordered wrong. The cashier was at no fault and if the manager stopped whistling for more than a minute he likely would have heard the order and wouldn’t have had to ask the cashier twice. Do better or be willing to appropriately handle the situation when speaking to customers.

Glad this store popped up on my radar. Wife said get donuts on your way home. Can't ever go wrong with Krispy Kreme. Always fresh and ready to go! Stop in and get some. They are always ready to serve you!

Donuts were DELICIOUS and employees were super nice

I go to Krispy Kreme for hot donuts, however, they are NEVER hot. Their sign is always turned off no matter what time of day. I’m done with them.

Donuts are super good and fresh but be prepared to wait.
I have been twice now to this location, on separate times on different days at different times. Both times super slow. First time I waited 15 mins for my latte as nobody working the coffee machine. Staff seem clueless. Second time empty restaurant two people in line infront of me nobody working the counter or register 7-8 staff ignored us for so long working in the back the people in front of us left really mad for being ignored and kept waiting. Then they kept us waiting. We then ordered an iced latte which again took over 10 mins. Ideally they need 3 people working the counter, one on donut selection one on register one on the coffee machine and they have 1 person working all 3 while the others ignore waiting customers.
This place has been open less than a month and just look at the reviews. Its a good job the donuts are good or this place would be out of business really quick.

I have been working in food service for a few years now, and am generally a very tolerant person when it comes to service at places. In fact, at one visit to this location, my mother was angry because they only had glazed donuts and I told her not to take it out on the workers. Being that I used to work at Dunkin' Donuts, I understand that it is difficult to predict exactly how many donuts to make of each variety. However, not having anything but glazed donuts at 11am on a Sunday is just not excusable. In addition to having a VERY limited selection, the drive-thru wait time was ridiculous, and the cashier was very unpleasant to interact with. I will not be returning to this location as there are several local Donut shops in Louisville that provide better service and selection.

The main reason we come to Krispy Kreme is the HOT fresh donuts. We were just told they won't have hot donuts again for an hour and were given cold ones. They were still fresh but not the same. We could've gotten the same thing at the gas station for less money and gas. Disappointed.

Absolutely disgusting experience. We went through the drive through for a dozen doughnuts. The order taker barely listened and we had to repeat our order twice. The doughnuts tasted like the ones you get from a gas stationed in the afternoon after they have been sitting all day. They give Krispy Kreme a bad name.
