First time here. Nice atmosphere and was able to have a short meeting with a friend. I got the iced chai tea latte since I dont drink coffee and it was delicious.

I travel a lot, and it's nice when there's a Starbucks down the road. It's a safe bet; consistent, dependable, good coffee. And kind of boring.

Today I tried the nearby Heine Bro's instead, and it was GREAT coffee. The shop is fun. The people are energizing. And all around it's a better alternative to the monotony of the local Starbucks.

Really good espresso machiatto. Team is efficient and kind. This morning I was struggling to find somewhere for an espresso and I am glad I found them !

Oh and the lemon blueberry muffin ? 🔥

One of my favorite coffee shops. Friendly staff, tasty drink that aren't over sweetened, and even some tasty snack foods. Their hours are pretty open, good for early morning or late evening. Wish they were in more locations outside Louisville.

This place is trash, I mean the coffee is good as in others branches are, but trash overflowing everywhere, no paper napkins, lack of maintenance and care is very obvious. For an expensive place like this, I would expect little more.

Decent, organic coffee in a nice, modern space. I'm not one for fancy lattes or cappuccinos, but they do have many options and choices. Their regular drip is good, but do not expect many single origin or unique offerings.

I travel every week for work and I love to find unique places when i am in a new city. So, I was excited to try Heine Brothers Coffee. There were only 3 people in the restuarant and 2 of the 3 had already been served. The lady behind the counter was not pleasant and you would have thought I insulted her when I asked what they had brewed. It's a coffee shop so I did not think that question was out of line. "We have a light roast" and then she just stared at me. I got the one suggestion she offered and left. Not impressed by the service or the coffee unfortunately.

If you want to have the best coffee you have ever sipped go to Heine Brother's. No need to add anything else but they have it all available. My favorite is the Peruvian. Straight up! Anytime I am in Louisville, KY it is one of my favorite stops. I always take home a couple of pounds of perfectly roasted beans!

everything is bussin. but website needs to have an actual menu.

Coffee is ok, but nothing to be ecstatic about. Starbucks is probably more robust and flavorful. Chaiburgs are amazing, however. Their breakfast wraps are almost $7 for a mini egg and cheese quesadilla, that had a couple chunks of italian, not breakfast, sausage. Super rip off. They were tasteful, but not a $7 Tacobell-worthy mini quesadilla I can get for $1. Very disappointed.
