I moved to Louisville 3 years ago and fell in love with Fante’s. It had cozy, crafty, high standard vibes. However, within the past year I feel they have lost some of their quality and consistency. It has been bothering me for a while that they post that they care about presentation of products and high quality on their social media but I have not gotten the same experience that is advertised in person for some time. I know they are capable and have the potential but I feel there is some false advertising currently (not necessarily on purpose). I understand hiring new employees means there might be some time needed for training to kick in, but like I said I have noticed this for a while and just needed to make note of it. I hope this issue is addressed! I’d love to be able to change my review.

I love fantes great for studying as a college student or meeting with friends. They have the best americano in the city and the vibe is very comfy. There is a separate study room that is where I spend most of my time

Today was my first experience at Fante's Coffee, but best believe I will be back. The barista today made my whole day so much better. I asked for a drink they enjoyed & my preferences & they ate it up! They even offered to remake another drink if I wasn't satisfied. Thank you for making my day 100x better.

This was a bad experience. The staff is very rude. There were limited people working and they were somewhat busy. We didn’t mind waiting, but the nasty attitude was uncalled for. Very surprising to be treated that way as paying customers. You definitely need to get your emotions under control if you’re going to run a business. Never coming here again.

Every time my son and daughter grab a baked goodie from here, we are always pleased! I love their coffee and nothing beats the warm inviting atmosphere in this local gem! Todays goodies disappeared fast.
