No ice. Worker didn’t know how to make a hot vanilla latte with oat milk. Gave me old cold coffee with vanilla coffee creamer.

When asked why it was cold he was confused then said he would remake it. Told me the creamer was how they make it vanilla even though I ordered oat milk do to a dairy allergy!

Had to tell him to use the espresso machine and vanilla syrup to make a latte. He then very painfully used the espresso machine pulled 3 shots back to back. Then pour vanilla syrup on and cold oat milk.

Never frothed the milk. It was not a latte and was horrible.

Find another place. Clearly they leave workers who don’t know how to make coffee. All he had to say was sorry I can’t help you right now. Will be disputing my credit card charge.

Got a cold mudslide mocha and a roast beef sandwich. Both were excellent! Service was quick and the staff was super nice!
