This has the second time I’ve ordered a vanilla white mocha and it’s definitely not white mocha. Shouldn’t all caribous be the same with their drinks? Very disappointed, won’t stop at this caribous again.
Located inside the I-80 Truckstop, Caribou Coffee has a wide selection of hot, cold, and blended coffee drinks. The sandwiches are also tasty! Fast service and plenty of smiles!!
I would not classify this as a real caribou coffee. They don't use dark chocolate chips or the milk chocolate chips to make their mocha drinks. They just have some pump syrup that tastes horrible. They also refused to accept the dollar off survey coupons from other Caribou restaurants.
Girl disappeared until A MINUTE after closing then came up to the counter and asked, “or sorry about the wait what can I get you” To which I responded with a large turtle mocha. It was for my partner as were driving through the night. She shot back with a laugh and said “actually we’re closed”
Went here a while back because the Caribou closest to me had closed. Asked for my favorite drink and they said "no." All it was was a cookies and cream cooler. My Caribou always obliged and had a way more diverse menu than this one. Sad that it had to close and this one is just a hollow shell.
I recommended the owner to make a product catalog and number it. Give a copy of the order with a number so that in case of confusion it will be possible to see what the visitor ordered. Because the second time they order a sandwich with coffee and the girls forget to make this sandwich. And then it's inconvenient for me to remind them that you forgot to make a sandwich. The girls are beautiful, pretty, but very distracted, I'm probably thinking about boys🧸😊
Fast and friendly service! My Mint Condition was spot on. The only concern I had was the noise the machine was making. I stood back as it sounded like it could have exploded and hideously maimed or killed anyone in a 20 foot radius!
I really appreciate Caribou Coffee, but this location has now lost my business. For the longest time they have not made small sizes, only medium and large drinks. Now they have discontinued the dark chocolate option for their drinks. If you want a small dark chocolate mocha, you are out of luck.
the short, overweight blonde supervisor was in a horrible mood. she was belittling her young staff in front of customers making the experience awkward. She micromanaged them instead of guiding them. It was pretty ugly. I returned my Americano, because I got a bite of the worst espresso in America, instead of the smooth delightful coffee we know is Caribou. Either the hopper was filled with a different a bean (tasted VERY STRONG not bold from a dark roast though), or the machine needed to be calibrated. It also has a strong vanilla flavor to it. I drink my stuff black so it was an obvious flavor difference. When I went to get it redone the supervisor, who had withheld our receipt at our initial interaction, was snarky and combative. She rolled her eyes and scoffed, "it's espresso" under her breath. SHE WAS AN EMBARRASSMENT of a supervisor. I felt bad for the people who work with her. I wasnt rude bc I've been a barista and things happen when it's busy, but this lady was just horrible. Her staff had zero moral and a couple girls looked like they wanted to slap her. I ended up getting a refund because she was not a nice person grumbling around barking to everyone like she was in her living room talking to her children. I told her I hoped her day would get better, because obviously it was not a good day in her extremely frowning face(I feel bad for her life if this her in public) and she yelled, "I'M HAVING A GREAT DAY!" lol ummmm no you're not lady lol your miserable and it shows...poor gal...
I guess no one told her, if you're happy and you know it then your face will surely show it, becaust she only showed distaste and anger.
