The food was delightful and the waitress was quick! The marinara sauce was my favorite!

Not from Iowa but if I happen to end up there I'd definitely make a trip to this cafe again

Great diner/cafe with excellent food and service. Everyone at my table got breakfast items, but I am sure their other meals are just as good. Eggs cooked perfectly (including poached) and everything tasted amazing. If you get hash browns go with the Krakatoa version, but know they have some kick. Can't wait to go back!

Cozy environment, good customer service, and good food. It's weird to say customer service because I didnt feel like I was treated like a customer, more like a friend. It was my first time there.

In a time where everyone is short staffed and wait times are long, Bluebird Cafe stands apart. Their staff makes an amazing team! They are definitely doing something right behind the scenes. The food was delicious. The service was impeccable. Everyone was smiling and cheerful. The wait was short and very worthwhile. Too bad I can only give 5 stars!

i have yet to get a meal here that i have not liked. this place is the best. So much flavor in everything. and the coffee is amazing.

Could be better, could be worse. Breakfast food is pretty solid and good here. Anything else off the menu is a hit or a miss. Sometimes the meatloaf will be amazing and out of this world, other times it's extremely disappointing. Also they tend to heavily salt their foods, if that is your style. Service is OK, sometimes it takes a while to get refilled on drinks.

Unfortunately seems like menu prices aren't entirely accurate. I ordered the prime rib dinner, which was priced at $14 on the menu. Get the ticket at the end of the meal and I am being charged $17. No notice that prices are different anywhere.
