Stopped here for lunch while driving through Des Moines. Had a great experience with friendly staff, good food and excellent speed of service. Waiter recommended the Kill Bill sandwich that had initially caught my attention. Because you only live once I went all in in the enormous pork tenderloin topped with ham, bacon and a fried egg. An excellent choice for a strong appetite! The fries and pickle were great complements as well. The environment was pleasant and felt more expensive than the meal itself.

I may be the b only person...but not all that it is cracked up to be.
However..some meals are good.

Absolutely the best steak I have ever encountered. Service was great and staff was friendly. Highly recommend!

I had the chicken and pancetta penne dish, saying that it was amazing is an understatement!!! I love this place so much, friendly and had nice outdoor seating. Will definitely be back many times in future. Everything came out at a quick pace and was perfect!

The pork chop was the best I've ever had! Been here a few times now and never disappointed

Usually very good, unfortunately it feels like they don’t try when it comes to “to go” orders. 4 cheese macaroni was super bland. When I’ve had it before in the restaurant, it’s been super good. I pay the same amount as when I dine in, as well as tipping, so I expect better.

Centro is such an amazing date night spot. The atmosphere is on point. I go for the bread alone! We ordered the mushroom and cheese appetizer, it was decent. The chicken and prosciutto pasta was recommended and raved about, however, our chicken was way over cooked and pasta was dry overall. They did bring us new chicken which was very good. I will always go back. Highly recommend this place!

This used to be one of my favorite places. The last two times I've gone it's been freezing - many people having to wear their coats through dinner. They also do not have any mocktail options and the two times I've tried to get some kind of non-alcoholic cocktail have been like pulling teeth. Finally, whomever was cooking last night was banging things around so loudly it made for a very unrelaxing experience. My husband and I left after having our drinks - too many other great places out there.

The only thing i really loved from here was the brussels sprouts. My mom's fries were way overdone, hard, greasy sticks. My chicken francese was fine but not particularly well-seasoned/flavorful, and the pizza just really didn't do anything for my family. Nothing was bad though, except the overdone fries.

Our waitress was very friendly and the food was great! I received a free desert for my birthday 🩷
