Krispy Kreme

Today my cream curdled the minute I put in my coffee. I took to counter and asked for fresh and was told by the manager that was all they had in the store, not very good for a donut shop. New Dunkin' Donuts just opened, going there the next time.

Donuts are good, but not as good as they used to be. Prices are outrageous! Over $11 for a mixed dozen of donuts! And they no longer give a free glazed donut when their hot light is on! Seriously don't think I'll be going back anytime soon.

This place has changed. The donuts are no longer as fresh. No more free dounut with the light on, and most of all the customer service sucked! I didn't get mY card back when I went to the drive through. the guy stated and I quote " next time ask for it back" I was flabbergasted. I had to bite my tongue. How am I needing to ask for my card back when it should be automatic after you swipe it.. 🤦🏾

Speedy service, great donuts, awesome coupons and the best manger at the Mishawaka store! (Also, Alexis was very friendly and helpful.) I know they don't give away free donuts when the light is on but that hasn't changed how incredible these donuts are just off the line!

Girl at the counter had a hard time understanding me when trying to get the rewards. Also, she acted like she didnt know what she was doing. Very irritating. And they never ask for your rewards information. Love their donuts tho. Only Martin's comes close.

I've always loved their doughnuts, but today's service and the fact that their doughnuts have shrank considerably will make me rethink buying them in the future. The girl working the drive thru was more concerned about talking with her co-workers than listening. At one point I stopped and said "miss? Miss? Helllllloooo?" And she finally responded.

Why did you stop selling maple & strawberry glazed? My family is sad. We will return as soon as they are back on menu! The blueberry ones are super good too!

I would have given it one star but the donuts are always good so that warrants an extra star. But the staff was not the friendliest, I was not offered a hot donut when the sign was on, and I could hear the workers talk about me behind my back when I was walking out of the store. Worst experience I've had at a KK so far
