Krispy Kreme

The team working today at Krispy Kreme had a lot of guests to help and they did a great job! I am sure it was especially for my large order but the fireman that received them were delighted. Thank you Mishawaka Krispy Kreme! You rocked.

Placed order online. Went in to pick up and was not greeted and after the lady did wait on me she just walked away. Not a thank you or have a good day. I get your short handed, but if customers are polite and courteous you should be also.

Best donuts around, wish they were in my area. I drive hour each way for the mishawaka store.

Always fast and delicious. Kids love watching the doughnuts being made. So many flavors

We used to drive by and if the light was on we'd stop and get a free donut. We felt compelled to buy a dozen for every free donut we received(usually 3) but we went in and were informed that greedy corporate stopped the free customer appreciation donut. We turned around and walked right out and have not returned since and will not be buying from them again. We even stopped buying the coffee from grocery stores. Way to go corporate on showing people how much we you appreciate us.....8 months later and still have not returned, drove by no light, no buy..6 months later and we have NOT been back and not even bought 1 product from store or gas station

the lady working the counter was very helpful & nice when we threw a bunch of orders at her. we didnt catch her name though but she made our short experience enjoyable :) she kept a smile on her face the whole time which not many customer service employees can do !

Nice stream of people on a Saturday morning without being crowded. Good selection of donuts available for a busy day, too. Kids had a great time. I did notice far more people on the production line than helping customers, which showed - there was a bit of a scramble to take my order for two donuts and a bottle of milk, and the tables hadn't been wiped down in a bit. The viewing window onto the production line - a fun feature! - was also pretty grubby, which is not appetizing. None of these things will keep me from happily returning, though, and this is a nice way to spend some time on a weekend.

Everything was good but the order was wrong but wasn't going to complain because I get that it's hard to find help at establishments these days. Ordered a medium iced vanilla coffee received a small one caramel iced latte was right but the donut was the wrong flavor but whatevs

They are not open for walk ins and are misleading the clients with a big note saying that the lobby is open from 12. Tried to enter, but have been told to go to the drive through. No respect for the customer.

Drive through closed at 8pm. Update hours in Google please.
