Krispy Kreme

Horrible experience, first they charged me individually for two dozen donuts then made me wait two hours at register because the manager was too busy at the moment. Eventually I got tired of waiting and just left. I received no refund, no apology, no customer service at all. What a horrible place, the worst crispy kreme I have ever been too. Completely ruined my trip to visit family as I had to stand and wait in line to try to get a refund.

Krispy Kreme donuts are amazing, with that being said, this location is exactly the same as every other location I've ever been too, I have no complaints, but nothing exceptional to note. This location has a drive through and ample parking.

Lost all my love and respect for them when their general manager denied to help the homeless because they haven’t done any fundraising!!? How the heck can they do that?! They are homeless. Smh. People like this shouldn’t even own stores. It’s sad. Go to a mom and pop store to enjoy your breakfast!

The pastries we got we're good very fresh. Itlooks pretty clean in the kitchen however the bathroom had no paper in it. There is tobacco all over the urinal floor and looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a few days. I had let the lady know in front after we sat down. We ate with coffee and chatted for at least a good 20 minutes then went to the bathroom to wash hands and there still was no paper replaced of either kind. They were not busy and we were only people there. Store was in Mishawak, IN.

The donuts were fresh, didn't like the fact that they let me sit at the drive-thru not knowing that I had to pull backwards to place an order. First time coming to Krispy Kreme I guess I will know better next time.

I had such high expectations~ I drove 1 1/2 hours here just to try Krispy Kreme and man was isuper disappointed... the doughnuts were pretty iffy and old but that wasn't the whole issue... the staff was cold and rude. Sure, it's 10am and you're 16-18? But Hunny, it's not hard to at least fake a smile and act like I'm not the worst thing to walk trough the door that day I promise. But the experience was sad and I hope they're not all like that...

The absolute best doughnuts anywhere. There is only one Krispy Kreme within 50 miles of us. It's a good thing for us that this one is also near the only Costco in the area. We have to drive near to this one. I have worked at three bakeries (none of them chain stores) and as far as doughnuts are concerned Krispy Kreme takes the cake.

Ordered 11 dozen donuts and to my suprise they were done and ready at the window. Very quick service
