This is the third and final time we'll ever go here. The staff was rude, half the doughnuts were stale, they didn't have the online offers or specials any of the times we've been, and if you're lucky enough to get filling in your filled ones there's about 2 tablespoons max. I've had grocery store doughnuts that were better than this place.

I have great memories of great donuts, however there is nothing quite like a fresh Krispy Kreme. The Lord has blessed the human race with these rings of goodness. I would recommend a degreasing and cleaning of the window to watch the donut cooking process but the product is 11/10. Thanks for maintaining a retail store here in Indiana.

walked into a Krispy Kreme for the first time in my life today was completely disappointed.
I waited and waited while the customer service girl continue to wait on people in the drive-through and when it was time for me to fill my order, there were no original glazed donuts available.
I also ordered coffee and she forgot to give me my coffee, even though I paid for it, didn't even put a sleeve on the cup for me.
There was no apology there was no offer of any sort of coupon, nothing
I asked the young lady how often do they run out of original glazed, and she replied "I've never seen it happen in the time that I've worked here".
Do you think that someone would possibly keep an eye on how many original glazed or available for customers, as I would imagine this is how this company was built.

Got to the store at 6 am doors were locked . I waited for 10 minutes before someone unlocked them. 5 of the employees looked directly at me and continued to do other things instead of opening the store so I could order . Unpleased with the managers response of shes new that doesn't matter she was not the only 1 to see me standing and waiting. The only thing good about the trip is the doughnuts.

The doughnuts are great! Customer service however has not been good. The few times I have gone I've gotten someone who just doesn't seem happy to work there and none of them greeted us or anyone else that came in behind us. The lady helping us seemed very impatient with my husband and I as we were choosing our doughnuts. Hopefully next time there will be more friendly team memebers working.

Great service. Server was pleasant. I would've given a 5, but they dont use any alternatives for milk, such as soy or almond. I wanted a latte, so I used the skim milk. The flavor was different, and not something that I would purchase again. I wish that they would offer soy or almond milk.

This was the coupon showed by me at the counter . The so called assistant general manger was very argumentative and not ready to accept it . I feel that she could have done her job with utmost care , just saying sir doesn’t not make you professional. Their is always benefit of doubt . I don’t think so the way she justified her point was legitimate at all . It is not about money it is about the service that is delivered to the guest . I know that they don’t care for one such customer like me . I don’t need any free donuts or my money back . I would really appreciate if the customer are handled well and paid little more care to the service.
