Girl at the drive thru tonight was rude as all get out. If you don’t like your job, don’t clock in and take it out on the customers. Btw get off your phone Js. Rude.

Tried to order online so I could just go pick up my order instead of sitting in a drive thru line that is atleast 15 cars long, ordered and paid online to get there and find out I still have to wait in the drive thru line anyways because they won't open the lobby. Waste of time and money.

It's good and who doesn't like Krispy Kreme donuts service wasn't to slow either

Hours are until 8, yet the people "working" said they don't sell after 730. You should consider changing your hours to close when you stop selling.

Shouldn't even be 1 star. Because I never got service.
Drive through only, took out any chance of me being able to even order a couple dozen donuts. As my electric windows are on the fritz. Thank you for wasting my time and delivering nothing.
What happened to a warm environment and hot coffee? Krispy Kreme failed on all fronts.

The lobby is closed except for online orders. It took about 30 minutes to get through the drive through line. The service was dine as were the donuts.

Maybe update your web and social media to reflect the drive through only stance, the tiny lettered sign on the door is not enough signage. You guys must want people to abuse your employees. Protect them better. Also will probably never come to this location again.

Great donuts.. service could have been better. I could've been the rush they had.. 1 couple at the register and my wife and I... Nobody even welcomed us until the girl at the register did, about 6 people in the donut package area, not one of them even said HI or anything else.. Employees rude, even counter girl who could have told us 2 more doughnuts would've a better value (we bought 4 in stead of 6) acted like she was to busy to answer our questions (another rush I guess)... Again, doughnuts GREAT, service not so much..

Stopped at my favorite donut shop this morning or what was my favorite to get a fix and before I can get my order out of my mouth the lady in the flat dead tone of somebody that is in working in a dead end job interrupts and says we don't have that this morning. Not I'm sorry we're out of that can I get you something else. Just downright rude so I thanked her for interrupting me and left. I won't be coming back to your place. The competition has to be brutal for your business so I'll be taking my business to one of them. Her parents and you as an employer must be SO PROUD. Have a great day you RUINED mine.

Excellent place for donuts and coffee. The donuts are made fresh on site. Mine was still warm when I ate it. There are several blends of coffee from which to choose. The staff is friendly and efficient. The location is convenient for those traveling on Main Street in Mishawaka. Get vaccinated and ask for a free donut throughout 2021!
