Coal Yard Coffee

This coffee is so good. I was planning to go to Starbucks but the line was so long, I googled “coffee near me” and this place was right around the corner. Got an iced oat milk latte with sugar free salted carmel syrup.

It exceeded my expectations and tasted lightyears better than Starbucks.

You got a returning customer out of me!

Hipster place which is very cozy. I felt a major family vibe from this place. My wife got a latte and I got peach passion tea. The tea comes with a free refill! I also got a burrito which was pleasant. Highly recommend for pagan persons as well. Very affirming and awesome.

One of THE coolest coffee shops I've been to. Super friendly, this latte with an extra shot is awesome, AND they roast their own coffee (Witches Brew, y'all). Also, you can get everything you need to being good vibes into your house and rid yourself of the bad ones. SO rad.

Great place! Easy to miss since there are no easily visible signs. Thanks to Google Maps street view though I knew what I was looking for. Cool atmosphere and great coffee. So far I can vouch for The Ledger latte and the Lucky Charms chai tea being top-notch! Really cool local art as well, I'll definitely be back!

This is a really cool little hidden coffee shop. They have really good coffee. They have a great slow brewed iced coffee as well. They have different t. there's cool local artwork for sale all over the walls. He has a couple cool little hangout spots to drink your coffee in as well as some tables outside. It's a cool head and Little Gem.

Coal Yard Coffee is off the beaten path in Irvington. They roast their own beans, and their coffee is great! The service is excellent. They have a unique atmosphere with lots of art on the walls. And they occasionally host events with music and movie nights.

I love that they have local art for sale on the walls and some photos of what the building/area used to look like. Reasonable prices and great coffee with a relaxed atmosphere.

Local and Irvington as all get out. Friendly staff. Great prices. Why bother going to that place across the street when you can come here?

Iced tea is great here. The baristas are wonderful people.

The coffee was decent. I just kinda wandered through it without much staff interaction. Definitely good if you just want to sit quietly and be around cool art n stuff.
Honestly the whole place is this big art piece, it feels like. Just so much to see.

Best coffee around and such a neat place! Local artists display their works and the staff is always so nice and always recommend the best drinks if you are unsure! We used to be able to take our dog inside but someone complained I guess. (I'm guessing whomever it was was jealous of everyone else's awesome pups)! They still have outdoor seating and give us a puppy cup!!
