Kaladi's Coffee Bar

Coffee tastes as if it’s been brewed days ago and has that burnt taste to it. If this is the case I suggest brewing fresh coffee on a daily basis. It’s either that or it’s just really bad coffee or bad brewing practices. The help is overall pretty rude also. I would rather save money and get Dunkin Donuts in Dubuque.

Kaladi's has been our home away from home in Galena for years. Tony is an amazing host/owner and makes his own outstanding macchiato. This is one of the only places--and I mean ONLY places--that serves frozen coffee drinks that have tons of flavor without being overly sweet (I recommend the caramel cappuccino), and the place is homey and comfortable whether you're picking up or hanging out. Even the merch is cool. I'd love to import this place to Chicago.

Interesting. Coffee tastes like it has a slight mesquite smokiness. Cheerful staff.

Visiting from PA. The coffee was amazing, the gentleman behind the counter was extremely nice and personable. Would suggest to anyone driving through to stop in! Disclaimer: it is cash only, but they do provide an ATM so I see no inconvenience. 🤗

The good - Nice sitting areas to relax with your coffee, tea, etc.
The bad - Ive been here a few times but the coffee is usually beyond its freshness. They need to fresh brew more often.
Also they don't except credit cards. That's enoying.

Just checked this place out. They had no options and only accepted cash. This place is a really crappy Starbucks. But the worst thing that happened was when my sister and I walked in. The man at the counter said hi to us as we walked in and we responded with a hello as well. He didn't hear us and said "or not" thinking we didn't say anything back. We both heard him and it was really rude. Even if we wanted to buy something there we wouldn't have.

Friendly customer service and great space. Coffee could not have been worse. Lattes were extremely sour. Cold brew tasted.. not like cold brew..

Venue is pleasant, and staff are friendly and helpful. Our lunch took quite a while to arrive, but that may have been because we were a group of 6. Try the Italian Stallion with Tomato Basil soup!
