Blue Box Cafe

Great sandwiches built with quality ingredients by nice people. Stopped here with the family for dinner before our escape room adventure. Cafe is well stocked and well run with lots of show mementos and an episode playing on multiple monitors to set the mood. Service was friendly and fast.

I love this shop. They recently reopened with great precautions against the covid19 pandemic. I got a delicious Masters Wrap, cookie, and White Lavender Mocha frappe. It hit the spot perfectly as a cute bagged lunch in the park since we can't dine-in right now. The staff were just as friendly as always, keeping their great humor despite all the weirdness in the world. I definitely recommend Blue Box Cafe to anyone looking for a tasty lunch or comforting beverage in a place that will leave you with a smile on your (currently masked) face!

Cool place, in a Doctor Who theme. I had the salted caramel latte, and I was able to order my club sandwich as a multi grain wrap, where they added tomato & dill pickle--Both were delicious, and I loved the chipotle mayo in the sandwich. Nice selection of delivery sandwiches, with your choice of different breads, soups, salads, and of course, coffee drinks! I will definitely make a point to go there again!

This little gem of a cafe is a must-see for folks who are fans of Doctor Who and great coffee! The staff is friendly, the prices very reasonable (especially when compared to Starbucks or Intelligentsia) and the food is freshly prepared and yummy! Great ambience and quiet on days they aren't hosting a podcast. On podcast days, the atmosphere is fun, but a bit more lively.

We went for their monthly D&D night, but we will definitely return just for the food! It was amazing! & then by the time the cast showed up, we were happy to have finished eating, because otherwise we would not have been able to focus on account of how good the show was. We'll be back before the next show, but we'll definitely be there for the next show as well!
My husband got me some kind of Crémbrule something or other & I cannot wait to go back & figure out what that was & eat so much more of that.

Great coffee/drinks but if you’re going to randomly close down every 3rd or 4th day, you should be courteous and update hours on Google.

Edit: I’ve updated my review because I wasn’t aware of the tragic events surrounding these closures. My apologies and I’m very happy that Blue Box was able to remain open despite the circumstances.

I have been here many many times. I love the environment and food. I have yet to do a review, but last time I went they went above and beyond. I ordered my lunch and unfortunately they ran out of what I ordered but when I got there they offered me free lunch. I tipped them the amount I would have paid because I have never experienced customer service like this. I didn't even have time to be upset about my initial order. The food and coffee is always great here.
