Fun little coffee shop with amazing espresso drinks. Super friendly staff. Great spot to watch the snow in a cool Dr. Who themed room.

So yummy! I got the Turkey Reuben and it was so good and such a great combination of flavors. Really good latte too!

Super chill place in downtown Elgin for tasty sandwiches and salads, plus coffee, too. They have the option to build your own sandwich, and I really like that they use Boar's Head deli meats. Oh, and they have a subtle Dr. Who theme going on, which might be a plus if you're into that!

The Reuben was good, could have used more corned beef The pic is dockered up. The salad was fresh and tasty. The spot was clean and trendy. Groupon helped to choose this with a handsome deal.

I've been to the Blue Box Cafe a few times, but only for breakfast, so I can't speak on their sandwiches (aside from their breakfast sandwiches which are great). Their Americanos are pretty darn good too. Also, I'm a bit of a Whovian, so the theme gets a big thumbs up from me!

This place is so cool and unexpected in Elgin! They have dr.who epeisodes playing all the time in background, and the coffee is of course amazing. My new favorite cafe ever.

Reasonably priced, I was blown away by the quality and sheer delishness (dalek delight) of the food. The servers were absolutly amazing, super knowledgable, kind and friendly atmosphere. AND ITS DOCTOR WHO THEMED PEOPLE. DOCTOR. WHO. THEMED. OMG!!!! ❤❤ truely fantastic even if your not a true whovian, you will love the service and quality of this adorable cafe. Thank you all for what yoy do!

Finally got to visit today and had the Melted Goodness and the Impossible Girl latte. Very good and well worth the hour drive.

It was our first time there. It is an interesting place. It is a must stop for Doctor Who fans for sure. Great Doctor Who cast member pictures and memorabilia. The deli and staff made GREAT sandwiches. Miss. Vickie's chips are always a good sign of good food for me. We will definitely be going back for sandwiches.
