The worst coffee ever. I ordered two cappuccino, it tasted awful, I even didn’t finish that small cup. Never back again.

Normally you’d post the most glamours shots of what you got, but I’d rather show you how well I enjoyed the drinks and food from here. Besides the latte art on my macchiato was a balloon with a string (probably not art but its what I saw).
It is a chill place where you can enjoy hanging out with a friend.

Got two coffees and two scones with a friend, his scone broke off from the corner he was holding it by while pulling it out of a bag, pretty much the whole landed on the sidewalk, he brought it to the attention of the clerk, she said "sorry you have to pay for another one", we even ended up standing in a line again.
I believe the situation could be handled better.

Great place to have a coffee and study or work. There are many seats with plugs available and the atmosphere is very chilled.

Coffee and pastries are pretty good yet a little pricey. The customer service though is abismal.

Good coffee but the price is kinda ridiculously high.

This place is amazing! Not coz I get ♥️♥️ on my order label but coz the entire staff is magnificent (and the coffee is delicious)! Thank you for all you continue to do so we can get a piece of normalcy — and frequently an enlightening conversation — to get our days started!!

Super excited and proud to have an IBEW union affiliated coffee shop in this area. Great coffee. Superb cold brew. Excellent, represented service!

Deliciousness in a cup. My beverage of choice is the Avena latte made with oat milk and a hint of cayenne. It's so perfect! Together with a modest selection of just-right pastries and a great atmosphere and you will find joy.

$7 for an iced red eye. I was too stunned to speak and ended up just paying for it. In looking back on it, I’m confident I was bamboozled and I would like intelligentsia to defend their pricing structure. Am I ordering wrong? Any suggestions because at these prices my coffee habit is unsupportable.
