The drinks are always amazing, the prices are a little high. The only thing kinda negative is that the decor is like garage sale-ish. A little messy.

Better then Starbucks love my sugar cookie Frappuccino!!! Always one employee which is hard if there busy but she has patience everytime.

Poor barista was all alone. For a coffee shop in a nearly dead mall it was extremely clean and speedy. Great selection.

It takes a little bit to get your drinks made, but not too long that you'd be dissatisfied. I have been to the Gloria jeans a few times with a friend and their drinks are pretty good and they sometimes have unique flavors for their drinks that are very tasty. Overall I'd rate them a 4/5 because their drinks have a bit too much sugar for me personally, but they were really good as well, and because the service was good.

You can't get them to make the drink the same. Each day it tastes different. I've had one good one out of 5. All ice today so I took back for $5 and the same girl fixed and no apology nor taste if it's good. She even made the first one and the 2nd was nothing the same it tastes like ice milk and not a hint of caramel. No more and I'll tell my employees don't bother

I go here all the time. Love their coffee, both cold and hot. The full bean you can buy is excellent for gifts we always buy a couple bags for family. I reccommend the Irish Nut Chiller with an extra shot of espresso.

I ordered a latte here. All I could taste was milk and caramel and a very slight stale roast flavor. It was almost like they forgot to add espresso. Then I saw them refill their big hopper at the end of the shift, and realized that's where all my coffee aroma and flavor went. I wont be going out of my way to go here again. I may try a different location if the opportunity arises.

Everytime im at the mall i aways have to stop and get a large iced mocha extra espresso. Good size cup and cheaper than starbucks. Drinks are amazing and very quick to get my order.
