Einstein Bros. Bagels

Everything at this location is great when they HAVE THE BAGELS IN STOCK. when I go to Champaign locations they always have bagels in stock no matter what time of day it is. For reference this location opens at 6am and closes at 1pm, when we went today at 930am they had three types of bagels to choose from. The lady in front of us left because they didn't have enough stock and I have done the same before. It makes me wonder how much revenue this business is missing out on by not making enough for the whole day.

I went in and there was only two people in front of me. But a couple of people came after me. They put my order together after all these people. I also asked them to cut my bagels all the way through but what they did was cut a piece of each of them. When I was trying to put the cheese on top of the box they didn't help me like they did with everyone else.

Fresh breakfast sandwiches with fresh eggs are good, fresh brewed coffee is also always available. They also have a full line of soups and salads. There is a small patio area out front. Conveniently located just off Veterans Parkway, in front of HyVee.

I've only had the chorizo burrito because that's something I knew I would like.

Burrito was top! Hefty, and packed! Didn't skimp on the chorizo.

I'm definitely gonna try something new on my next go.

Had a large order for my office, plus a single for me. They nailed it and in a timely fashion. Good job.

I've been to many Einstein locations and this one was awful. They couldn't make our sandwiches correctly (we ordered straight off the menu, no alterations). The "cold brew coffee" is a warm, dirty pitcher sitting next to the soda machine. Employees were rude when I tried to get what we ordered instead of what they decided to bring us.

I ordered online and we waited 30 minutes for my bagel. I go up there and let them know and it’s just been sitting in the front because they ran out of the bagel that came with the sandwich. They left my order sitting up there while I was waiting when they could have called me or said my name to ask me what I would like. I ended up having to pick a random bagel because all the bagels that I could have picked were gone within that 30 minutes. So unprofessional, this location needs to learn to prioritize better.

This place is amazing! I always look forward to treating myself in the quality food, and am always pleasantly greeted with outstanding service. Manager Dusty runs a tight ship and it shows! Kathleen always so friendly and brightens my day with a good story! Would def recommend!
