Gloria Jean's Coffees Eastland Mall

I like Gloria Jean's. They might not have quite the selection of beverages and light desserts, but the baristas are pleasant and hard-working, and the coffee isn't made strong by using over-roasted beans, unlike Starbucks. Seating at some the Gloria Jean's coffee shops is quite limited, but at others it's quite lovely. Also, it seems to me that the prices are a little lower than at Starbucks, but I don't know for sure since I tend to avoid Starbucks if I can make it to a Gloria Jeans, instead.

We got holiday drinks and they were wonderful. It's so festive this time of the year at the mall. The lady that waited on us was so nice.

Thought it was funny they still had their Christmas. Coffee posters still up. But when I asked for one they willingly still would make one. Great place great coffe

The selections tend to be more about icecream than coffee ~ but they have great flavors and it's a great place if that's what you're looking for. The staff is always upbeat.

Coffee was more than starbucks and felt it was just ok.

Really disappointed that I couldn't buy a cup of black tea, not flavored with fruits or herbs!!
I was told that most people ask for ice tea!!! Surely it is possible to carry one variety of plain Jane black tea, please :-)

Coffee from Gloria Jean is just colored hot water. I didn’t realize this $2.00 coffee would be pathetic. I would not recommend this to any of my friends.

This place is inside of the Eastland mall, they have good coffee, you can also buy their brand of coffee in k-cups if you want to drink it at home too!

Wish there was another store outside of the mall! Always wanting the coffee but I'm not going into the mall or driving clear across town. Best Pumpkin Spice coffee!
