Changing my review from a 5 to a 3 based on my last 3 visits. We've encountered an employee the last 2 times who was not nice at all except for when asking for a tip. We were double charged w/o apology. The drink quality on our last visit was not good. I hope things improve in the future.

Very clean location, excellent staffing and some of the best caffeine drinks you can have... If your looking for a "pick-me up" early in the morning, or in search for that "midday coffee" i would HIGHLY recommend The Human Been

I love love love this location! The staff is amazing! Know my order before I get to the window, and are so patient when the husband or daughter can't decide. Always willing to answer questions and seriously the coffee is so good!

We love going to this location. The drinks are always on point. If they do screw up they will apologize, and make it right no questions asked. A few of the girls here even no us by face,and name,and what drinks we like. That's awesome customer service to be on a more personal level. Brookies are the bomb FYI. they'll give you ideas on drinks if your unsure,or torn between a couple. Will always be a Bean customer until we move. Even have the reusable straws, thermos,and breast cancer awareness cup. Will miss this place,and always have memories. Keep up the hard/awesome work.Dont forget your Punch cards,and double punch Wednesdays.

I usually go here on Wednesdays because it's double value day. I love how I can use rewards and pay/tip with my HB app. The baristas are friendly and fast.

Service is extremely slow for just making coffee and the worst part is the drink aren't even right. Tired multiple times on many different days. They are confused by simple drinks.

Absolutely delicious coffee. Coming from Virginia where there aren't many local, small shops, this area has been pleasantly surprising. Baristas are always friendly and make yummy drinks!
