I love going here they are the greatest! There super friendly and really nice! I always have a great talk with Piper she is an amazing person! I come by often so she remembers my drink. I want to say thank you to all of you that work there great job!

Waiting is twice as long as fast food. One lane on each side does not make it any faster. Not sure how you solve a 17min wait to order with only four cars in front of you? Imagine six or eight cars.

Coming from several years working in coffee I first noticed the workers in the shop are unaware of their role and took forever to complete my order. I had 3 different people help me. They forgot my whip cream, forgot my banana bread and gave me the incorrect pastry. The other location in Caldwell is much more efficient so I know it’s not a company wide thing. There was also only 1 car at each window and 4 girls working. I’ll continue going to the other location for now. 3 star because the coffee itself was delicious.

Staff is genuine, they do an outstanding job, and the owner has done marvelous work making this place the perfect spot to grab a coffee/juice/energy drink and go. Nothing fake about it, they’re better than Dutch Bros in every way. If you disagree, you need professional help and need to stop at the Human Bean. End of story. Coffee is better than Starbucks in my experience, and I was a lifelong S’Bux fan. Keep up the great work

Service here doesnt seem likecit was. Barista on duty made me feel uncomfortable because i couldnt remember the name of the blended drink and I didnt see it on the menu at the window. I left. Later recalled it was a Granita.

We love our Nampa Human Bean. The staff are always so friendly and kind. Best coffee stand in the Treasure Valley!! Get the app because their rewards system is great and they constantly offer special promos and rewards with it.

We went for coffee for our office. We ordered 6 drinks and 2 of them were not correct and we waited 20 mins for our drinks to be made. We watched 7 cars go through the other window. I am not sure what is going on today but this isn't the first time our drinks were not made as we requested. We don't have time to give them back or complain on the spot because we've already sat there for 25 mins by the time we ordered received our drinks.
