The Human Bean

Savannah and....... the other young lady.. I'm horrible with names, were beyond amazing. They went above and beyond customer service. Nampa human bean is the only one to go to. Never have they ever messed up a drink and they are always super friendly!! Oh and don't forget their drinks are the best in town and the sell yummy cake pops too!

Human bean is the best coffee around, I really enjoy my little coffee shop. I know it's been different since covid and they are short staffed and new workers because Its a bit slow, but I understand and really appreciate them.

Not sure what has happened within this last year but this location is constantly a let down. The staff is rude, the orders are never correct, and the wait (even when you’re the only one in line) is astronomical. We ordered two large drinks- we were charged for said large drinks that were incorrect sizes and incorrect drinks. Staff didn’t even direct attention back to us to have it corrected. We were ignored. Staff has always seemed annoyed by assisting customers and we regularly get incorrect drinks without them being corrected- or you ask for them to be corrected and they make them incorrect again. We understand that staffing is short but it makes it hard to sympathize when there are multiple people serving a single car and they can’t manage. We love the human bean but will have to find other coffee options in the area.

Always very friendly customer service and most of the time the orders are made pretty quickly but the quality and taste of the drinks are much better than all of their competition in the valley.

Customer service is okay. But no one should sit in the drive through for 11 minutes. I very rarely come here because they are just always on their own time. I wouldn’t recommend this location

Love love love the java bean with no coffee. So amazing! I have gotten many others hooked on this amazing drink/smoothie/milkshake also. They now have an app for points instead of a punch card. Also join their fb page for b1g1 and other deals

Lately there competitors have been blowing it so I checked the Human Bean out. Great Americano.

The baristas at this location are the friendliest! I love being greeted by name, a little friendly chit chat and smiling face when I stop by.

Good flavor of coffee more robust definitely it change in flavor from the regular weaker brands Dutch Brothers and Starbucks

It's decent. Nothing spectacular, but not bad. I would say they are perfectly average.
