The Human Bean

This is by far my favorite coffee place. Their coffee has the flavor profiles I enjoy. I always get the Carmel mocha granita no whip or the hot Mexican mocha. So delicious. If you have not tried it you should at least once. They have many locations thru the area.

The customer service was excellent, the food is fresh and the business is clean.

I have had issues with this site when ordering on door dash, however, i can not tell if this is a door dash issue or a human bean issue.

I've never had issues when i go to the store itself.

Today I asked if they still made Caramel Mocha Granitas, and she said, "yes". The last time I was there I got one and it didn't have any caramel in it, so I thought I would try it again today. As I drove away and got back into traffic, I picked up my drink and started looking at it and there's no caramel in it..... again! Also, it was far from being a frozen drink.
If your business is called "The Human Bean", you shouldn't have to asked for the bean. Don't give out paper straws unless customers request one (they go limp before you can finish the drink).
I think I will just give up on this Nampa location and get my coffee in Caldwell from now on.

UPDATE- I contacted the company and they gave me a free 20oz. Caramel Mocha Granita. I picked it up at the Caldwell location and it was perfect.

I am in love with the Java chip smoothie with no coffee in it. It's like a choc. chip milk shake without the ice cream. So good!

The ladies there NEVER seem happy. One in particular is always the blonde with the curly hair. Never says hi, never seems like she’s in a good mood. Everyone there just seems like they don’t want to produce good customer service. Not the best spot.

I'm greeted by friendly people every time. Every drink I have tried has been delicious. The app makes the points and coupons easy to work with too. They have a lot of fun drinks and treat options for kids too, just ask them for their flavors list and treats not mentioned on the menu at the window.

I love their pickle Rick and coconut mocha. I've found a few more drinks I like not on the menu as well. Stop in for a friendly face and a well priced drink

Definitely one of the better Human Beans in the valley.

ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTFUL, I've enjoyed every kind of beverage I've ordered from them and they have scrumptious banana bread provided from a local bakery partnership 😋
