UPDATE. I WROTE THE MANAGER BACK AND RECEIVED NO RESPONSE. I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER TO THIS LOCATION IN CALDWELL. THEY WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN. What happened to your frosted sugar cookies? They used to be super fresh with lots of frosting. The two I got yesterday were dry and disgusting with very little dry flaky frosting.. Very disappointed.

They have the best and prettiest, friendliest baristas around. I love the coffee and the other beverages that they offer up to drink. They are located close to me and the places I go on a regular basis, so they are conveniently located. I also bought one of those 50/50 mugs. I just love that thing. I have it with me all the time. I really want another one. I love the Human Bean and so will you, the coffee is the best.

Only been here a few times, but I just don't seem to care for their drinks. I like a Quad Americano with a little Vanilla in it, and theirs have this synthetic taste to me. The staff is always super nice and friendly though, so 3 stars for great customer service. I'll give it another shot one of these days.

They are really good even if you aren't a coffee person I love to order their chocolate protein Shake with no espresso my absolute favorite. The customer service is usually very good. They accidentally messed up my order and were very quick to fix it!

Best Mexican Mocha in a very long time. Perfect temp. Add stopper, sleeve & espresso bean. Short wait.

The girl today was awesome!! My husband and I both tried things outside our normal order. My husband got a Chai smoothie which was delicious, I got a tropical iced tea with hibiscus and mango whuch was AMAZING!!!

Fantastic! Had the chocolate chip pumpkin muffin, which was fresh, moist, and delicious! The chai latte was one of the best I've had! Will definitely be going back - probably many times! And don't forget to try the expresso bean!

I came by the Caldwell location and let me just day, THEY ARE AMAZING! Their management team is incredible!! Kindest baristas ever, such hard workers!

Always love the service and my drinks

Usually really good. Customer service is ok but there is a few that keeps you coming back. Last order ladies didn't know how to make an Italian Soda. Probably will only visit when those few employees are there. Its Dutch Bros for me from now on. Wish I knew that one ladies name she sure makes an everlasting impression and keeps you coming back for her sweet, caring, kindness! She should move to Dutch Bros. Shes more upbeat like Dutch Bros
