I mean, I get a coffee there EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. Of my life.... I'm super loyal becuz I like their caramel mocha granita but umm..... when I first started going, they used to put A LOT MORE CARAMEL SAUCE in the thing. The one in Nampa and the one I've been to in Boise still give you a good amount, if even just a "normal" amount. Buuuuuuut, it must be the manager or something at this location because they are sooooooooooo skimpy on the caramel.... you can't even see ANY on the sides of the cup, even if you ASK and PAY for extra, you still get like, ummmm.... pretty much none. Sorry to complain, mgmt but I'm disappointed... you should treat your LOYAL, EVERYDAY customers who help keep you in business, better than this ... also, with the covid stuff, they are often out of 20 Oz cups so if you order a 20 Oz. Cold coffee, they put it in a 16oz hot cup but still take the exact same amount of $ from you.... I get this, but daaaaamn, hook up your regular with a free freaking coffee every now and again, since I am paying full price but getting shorted every day. Careful, this is the kinda stuff Starbucks gets sued millions of $$$ for... šā¤ other than that, I love human bean and literally get 1 (or sometimes 2) cups of coffee there every day!
Not thrilled with this place. 5 out of 10 drinks I get there are messed up. Last time I went I was overcharged for drinks I didnāt order. Barista said they would get with āsomeoneā and fix it but that I had to leave as the long. Sure enough I never saw the promised credit on my card. Emailed their customer service and again no shocker with no response what so ever. No better than a common pickpocket in my opinion.
Update: Spoke with someone from corporate who intervened. They were able to refund the money by reviewing my account. They also provided training for the staff on the drink that they kept messing up. No problems since then. I think the local franchise owner is useless and they never bothered to even reach out, but the corporate office is great.
Excellent coffees and the baristas are very friendly. I go there enough all I need to say is "my usual". Enjoy going there. I go two or three times a week. I'm a regular customer since they opened. Nice to have a good alternative to Dutch Bros and Starbucks. I don't like either one of those.
The buy 1 get 1 free Valentine's promotion should have been on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. When I got there, there must have been 20 cars in the drive-thru lanes, not to mention what a strain it must have been on the employees. Needless to say I didn't get to take advantage of the offer. I'm hoping you have better planning next year. Love the coffee.. Sad I didn't get any for Valentine's Day.
Youre drinks are alright, coffee is okay, but your staff is not it! My girlfriend has never had human bean and asked a barista how much a large was, and got a response of, "I dont know". I would suggest teaching your baristas about every month how much the price for each size drink is.
Stellar experience! Ethan helped us out, gave us wonderful suggestions on how to order our drinks and me, my mom and sister all loved what we got. He was so polite, professional and informed and made us all want to come back again.
I have been going there for 3 years and they have been awesome. They knew my order as I pulled up to the window, but the last 2 months they have really lost customer service. 50% of the time my drink is wrong now. Today I didn't even notice until I got on the freeway. They didn't bother to giving me a receipt, so I couldn't even go back and fix it.
So happy to finally receive great service there. Both ladies who helped me were very nice and that gal who took my order made sure on the level of sweetness I wanted since I was ordering a almond joy latte. Thank you for your attentiveness and making sure my drink would be right.
I'm not sure if its the employees or how they are trained, but specifically at this location, they always make my coffee very watered down. I even pay extra for double shots, and it feels like they are either reusing the grounds, or just not giving me what I purchase. This problem has happened 4 times in a row.
I've been twice just to make sure of the first experience I had. If you like watered down coffee, then this is your kind of coffee place. I ordered a hazelnut latte both times and it tasted like sugar water, drip coffee has more flavor. I'll stick with starbucks!
