We get 1 coffee week and we usually are very happy

I've been to this human bean 3 times now, and the girls here can't remember the orders, get the orders wrong after they double and triple check, and are loud and obnoxious. The gal I had today was also obviously high and was having a hard time focusing and couldn't remember anything I had said.

32 oz Java Chip is about the same price as most 24 oz coffees and its high quality. You can tell its real coffee. 5/5 stars from me.

I drove on my break to get coffee, was in line for 30 mins… both of the drinks I ordered were not made correctly. They tasted like cold sweet milk with no coffee, the other drink tasted the same. They either completely forgot to put coffee in these drinks or used very little. I can’t drive back to get a refund. this has happened to me at this location for the 4th time. The one on chinden and meridian always make the drinks perfectly but I’ve had no luck at this one. Had to toss my drink because it tasted so bad, I’m really bummed I wasted my money.

My go to and the familiar atmosphere and drinks I fell in love with in Colorado. Happy to have Human Bean here as it is a great place, always super friendly and drinks are fantastic.

the girl that came to my car to get my order was rude and didn't confirm my order like they always do..i waited for about 10 min when there was only one car ahead of me and they ordered ONE drink.... when I finally pulled up to the window the girl looked right at me and walked away never greeting me or saying hi. A different person walked up and scanned my app as well as took my payment. The second girl that didn't great me asked if i wasn't the bean and gave me my drink.. when I tried my drink and it wasn't what I asked for (I get the same thing every time) I was so frustrated that I just left... I definitely will not return to this location, which is unfortunate being that I live right up the road and its on my way to work. I am VERY disappointed 😞
