Hidden gem! We had the passion fruit cruffin (think crossiant crossed with muffin) and it was soft and moist and the best baked good we had on the entire island. Go early. We went back only to be disappointed because they were out!

After getting up at 5am and then driving 45 minutes to get pastries for breakfast and bread for dinner for 17 in our family. I got there at 6:30 when they open. No pastries or bread in sight. The guy told me that yeah they open at 6:30 but they wouldn't have anything till after 7. I asked what they would have and he said some cinnamon rolls. I asked if they would have anything else and he told me he didn't know. The pics are great. Wish I could have at least seen some. Im a French baker that ran bakery. Very disappointed.

This bakery is a hidden gem. Organic breads and pastries that rival any bakery in the world including Paris .The pan au chocolate, butter croissants and lemon danish are to die for .The pizza and sandwiches superb . It's always our first stop when we arrive . World class. A shocking discovery on a tiny island.

Excellent pastries and sourdough bread. Best on the island! They sell at the Kilauea Farmer's Market every Saturday morning. They also do a pizza night every Friday at their shop in Hanapepe.

The wonderful smell of freshly baked bread, the smiles of the attendant and you know that your day just got a whole lot better! A truly local bakery using Kauai grown products adds to it's mystique. A must stop when visiting Hanapepe!

Good food and reasonable prices for Kaui. A long line on Friday night with the coffee and chocolate festival going on. Only complaint was they got the bread on my pesto/tomato/mozarella sandwich wrong. It was supposed to be sour dough and they used rye.

Sandwiches were GREAT but the gal behind the counter was not very welcoming or helpful. We, at first, didn't understand how to order. Please tell her to at least to smile and pick up her feet when she is walking. I hope she was just having a bad day and tomorrow will be better

Definitely a must try when your in town or driving by! One of the best sandwiches I've ever had.

Best caprese! I've been craving this place since we left the island.

. .. i didnt care for the vibe, im getting that vibe from the earth and ocean here. like no one is supposed to be in Hawaii except the Polynesians Tahitian and native Hawaiians. I dont feel welcome here and wish the best for Hawaii.
