Krispy Kreme

Never have any of the Frozen latte drinks last 5 days I've been by and asked for one they're out of the mix they're starting to sound like McDonald's in their ice cream machine

Friendly atmosphere and great doughnuts

This establishment is pretty consistent at being understaffed and out of many items at every visit. The waits seem to be getting worse. We also ordered a vanilla iced coffee and recieved a regular hot coffee instead. After returning to the establishment and going inside I wasn't even acknowledged for maybe 7 mins (there was one young lady seen at the drive-thru window***which I did not bother because she looked as if she had a lot on her already. Finally a young lady came out of a room walking very slowly and dragging her feet. After letting her know the error a gentleman was finally able to correct the mistake. However, the cups smelled of unbaked donuts

Pros:
Donuts were good as usual. Hot and fresh as the sign says!

Cons:
The donuts were just thrown into a bag without any sort of wrapper/paper, so they made a sticky mess.
We went through the drivethrough, and were provided no napkins, an essential when you have messy icing!
Went inside and tried to receive service, but employees were too occupied to help, it took three employees until we finally had assistance, were told to wait again andd never got service after that. Finally an employee said they were out of napkins, so I had to take paper towels from the bathroom!

We drove over 45 min to 1 hrs to get to this Krispy kreme donuts shop. we was there at 2pm in the after noon. Just to be told we have no more glazed donuts.. we ask how long till they will have some . The lady said 5 or 5:30pm. We said what.. you going to wait 3 to 3 1/2 hrs. To cook more donuts. They told us they only cook 2 times a day...
So I'm giving you heads. If you want donuts you need to go early or around 5:30 pm

Update - Every few months I try fgdn again, but they've only gotten worse. Past two visits they were out of everything, at 11am on a Sat and once afternoon on a weekday.

As with most chains, you kind of know what to expect. The only issue here is that upon nearly ever visit, they are "out" of at least one or two types of doughnuts.

Annie and Chris provide the worse customer service I have ever received. They change and make their own rules to benefit themselves and try to get out of working. They do not care about customers. The corporate office does not care how rude these employees are or how horrible the service is because I have reached out multiple times- with no response.

It's Krispy Kreme - which speaks for itself. However, my wife and I stopped in to try the new Chocolate filled glazed doughnut. As expected it was awesome. Great location and the staff was friendly and provided great service. Well definitely stop by the next time we're in Rome.

They were actually out of glazed donuts. WOW

I was in on Sunday 12/20 at 12 and I’m the only customer. The lady did not greet me and only said “we don’t got that” when I asked about regular glaze and “have a good day” after I paid. I asked for an assortment and she was out of several flavors of donuts, she shook her head when I asked if there would be any hot ones and then asked for a dozen plain and that’s when she said we don’t got those. The shelves and trays looked full of cooked donuts to me. Very unfriendly, very aloof and very unbusiness like.
