Krispy Kreme

We love the Krispy Kreme in Rome! Always so sweet. We literally drive an hour just to come to Krispy Kreme 😊☺

These other reviews must be paid because this place is terrible, donuts (when they have them) are good but thats a rare thing. They have 4 hours left to be open and out of the second most popular donut (chocolate glazed). Shelves were empty and the employee set our donuts down at the window and was walking around for like 5 minutes until we finally got our food. Daughter has also gone here at 2:30 in the afternoon and they were out of the Original Glazed and had no intentions of making them..of course their pathetic corporate office wasn't any help either and were basically like, "Oh well!"

When they are hot they will melt in your mouth. You won’t believe how good they are just like little angels. Yum Yum

I’ve visited 4 times this year while passing through to purchase a frozen latte. Four times this year they say the frozen latte machine is broken. Mr. Owner, if there’s not a work order in for the machine being down at 9:05 PM on 10/21/22 then your employees are shorting your sales. If there is a work order, you’re shorting your own sales. Either way, KKD Corporate needs to deal with this issue. If I want to be told the machine is broken every time I visit a food establishment I’ll just go to McDonalds.

@Google, there should be a ZERO star option for when one star is too generous.

Hot light on but they weren’t making any. And all employees were sitting at tables playing on their phones. Very unprofessional

They never have original glazed donuts. I’ve been 3 times in different parts of the year and they never have any.

The staff are helpful and the donuts always make for a great treat!

They were all out of the Halloween doughnuts! Oh well, the lobby was closed for maintenence so I did Drive-through. Service was fast and friendly. Coffee was delicious and hot. Everything I would expect from a Krispy kreme.

Friend of mine had an awful experience here. She ordered over $4000 worth of donuts, gave them a week in advance to make them, and when she got there, nothing was finished. The GENERAL MANAGER was very rude and standoffish, even though my friend never raised her voice and was only asking for options. He then left before the order was even finished, and she watched his Crew scramble to fix his mess. She was meant to get the donuts at 7am, but didn’t leave until 3:20 pm. GM snuck in through the back at 2 trying to avoid my friend, and then about 20 minutes later, he snuck out the back again and left AGAIN before she’d received the order.

Again drove all the way across Rome and no glazed donuts, and only 3 other type donuts at 7:30 on a Sunday evening.
