Cold Hard Donuts. They tasted like they are extras from the day before. They need more fun options and more fresh baked donuts.
I recommend the Strawberry glazed donuts.

Drive thru line was 7 cars & took 23 min. 4:00pm Sunday! They had no fall flavors left. The ones I got must have been made the day before, they were stale! WTH KK? I’m soooo dissatisfied!

We were one of a long line of cars coming in to get donuts at 3pm on a Saturday. We can see employees inside but the doors are locked and no one will take an order at drive thru. We drove a hour for a Krispy Kreme donut. Too bad that there is such poor customer service.

Went in to get the cinnamon toast crunch milk freeze, with the milk donuts, and the other two flavors. The girl was nervous, and confused. At first I ordered a cold coffee, because I didn't see the milk freeze, until my husband pointed it out. The gal went and grabbed the manager, who lacks customer service, along with, no eye contact with the customer. The way he told the girl they don't make the milk freezes because they don't have something for it, came off a bit snarky. I've been in hospitality for 25+ years, and if I ever witnessed my staff reacting like that. I would definitely be questioning what's going on? And I would be retraining my staff. Not okay.

The "Hot" sign wasn't on when I went but the doughnuts were fresh. I got the newest Fall doughnuts. Spiced Apple Filled, Pecan maple Cheesecake filled doughnut and the Brownie batter topped doughnut with Fall sprinkles. Okay....Loved the Brownie batter. It was sweet but the right amount of chocolate saltiness! That was my favorite. The maple pecan topping was delicious!! Not a cheesecake fan...sorry! The Apple one was ehh! The outside of the doughnut had all the flavor!! The apple pie filling was tasteless. Tasted nothing like apple pie filling. It was canned apple pie filling with no flavor or sweetness.
The drive through was empty! The place looked clean outside except for the shirtless guy outside smoking cigarettes. Not complaining about the man but the smell of cigarettes was STRONG! I only noticed because I have allergies and cigs are an allergen of mine. The young man that waited on me was funny and very personable! He told me did the 1 CHIP CHALLENGE and didn't cry!! That's right dude!!! Boss up and don't cry.....like a G!!! 😂

OVERALL...Thanks Krispy Kreme for. a great "Cheat" meal!

Stopped this morning drive thru was supposed to be open, they told us they were having their Thanksgiving since they were made to work. Turned probably 1/2 dozen people away. Shameful!

Donuts were delicious as always, but they charged us for 1 large and 1 small latte, and gave us 2 small cups and said they were the same size cup bc one was frozen??? What?

At Rome, Ga location is SSSLLLLLOOOOOWWWWW as Christmas and when you leave the line and drive off employees on phone. Where is management at this location??? Asleep with the rest of the employees????? Ridiculous!!!!!!!

To the owner of this franchise: need to spend a few weeks nonstop here. I've been putting this off for years thinking things would get better. From roaches on the wall to NEVER ever having what we wanted to order...this seems like a huge fail altogether. I'm sure now you can blame supply chain, covid, monkey pox, employee shortage etc., but the problems here precede that. I've never experienced a KK or any store that 100% never has what's on the menu. Always out, always broken, always excuses. I'm amazed its still open. You need a total revamp here or the KK name is simply being embarrassed at the Rome location.
