Great donuts, but they are always out of everything. Plus they close early.
Its bad when you have to call be before you drive up there.

Donuts were old and watch them get made looks like they haven't cleaned the machine in 10 years bunch of kids working there nobody cares about the store could be a much better place he got to do better Krispy Kreme if you're going to charge 15 bucks for a dozen.

We came here for a class field trip with our pre-k classes. The staff was very patient with 44 four and five year olds in the small building!! Lol they had competing pages and crayons for the students to design their own donut, and one of the staff workers came out and explained a little about the process and flavors they can make. To round out the trip the kids were given a "chunk" of raw, proofed, dough to play with!! It was messy and fantastically fun! And smelled so so so good, like homemade bread proofing for the oven. Yummy.
And each kid was given a free glazed donut.

Worst Krispy Kreme ever! Each time I’ve ordered, employees act clueless on how to prepare simple coffee drinks. This morning I ordered an Iced Mocha Late. Instead, they gave me a cup with chocolate syrup stuck to the bottom with hot milk, no ice , and no coffee....so basically I got “Hot Chocolate Milk” that looked like it was attempted to be prepared by a 2 year old.

They never have anything other than glazed and if you go there any later than 8 PM, they treat you like your inconveniencing them.

They were charging me different from what was on Display and made me wait so I drove off not happy at all

I went in to pick up a door dash. Stood there for over 5min with Not even an "Hello or someone will be with you shortly". The manger walked out talking to someone then came back in and went straight to the back, while I was waiting for acknowledgment. The cashier looked though me over a dozen times while waiting on one customer. ( still no ill be with you shortly or may I help you.) There were 2 pulling donuts off the line NOT ONE GREETING or assurance of assistance soon. My Dash Order was already prepared. Finally asked about my Dash Order one of the pullers she shrugged and pointed at the cashier. Then the cashier handed my delivery out from under the box she was currently working on.. Their service SUCKS!!!!

Saturday afternoon and they have no original donuts and will not have them for 2 hours. KK you literally have one job…make the donuts. 😔

They have the absolute best donuts. When the Hot & Ready sign is on and I'm driving by my car just magically turns in the parking lot. The next thing I know I've got a box of donuts. 😁
