Drove an hour to get my son donuts for his birthday. Only to be told that they are sold out and won’t make anymore. It’s 1:00 PM.

Always a great once a year visit. Due to PCOS and endometriosis and all the surgeries (2 one of is next month) I can only eat so much sugar a few times a year. If I didn't have to watch for that I would be here once a month love these donuts more than anything.

I would give my last trip here zero stars if I could.. Since they did away with maple iced, chocolate glazed are my current favorite.. They recently had them so I ordered on the app (I assumed my order would be made on order especially since you select the time you want to pick them up), also my first time ordering on the app I think.. WILL NOT DO THAT AGAIN!! Got to the store, told the guy on the speaker I had a mobile order, pull to the window and this kid said "WE ARE OUT OF ALL OF THE ONES YOU ORDERED".. Absolutely ridiculous.. He made me take 12 doughnuts that were hard that I didn't even want or like that ended up in the trash.. I would have rather had a refund after having to waste $20 in gas to go there to begin with.. I have never been so disappointed in this place!! SMH.. Basically I wasted $35 for nothing.. Will be going to Dunkin Doughnuts next time.. I can see why America runs on Dunkin now.. SMH..

Never in my life have I been to a krispy Kreme where they out of orginal and won't make any for another 4 hours..

Door on website state the drive through closes at 11:00. The entry door says drive through closes at 11. Go through the drive through at 10:15 pm to see associates still there but was told they were closed. UPDATE your information!!

I'm still eating it but, I feel like I got shorted. Thanks again Dunkin Donuts....😜

Went this 6:05 am no hot Donut's . They were making shells to be filled wouldn't sell me them said their numbers would be off . Offered yesterday's Donut's poor service.Left and went got hot Donut's at Sweet bar update 11/23/22 nothing has changed ice cold chocolate glazed do nuts a dozen was 16.00 my fault for stopping never again

I usually get a cup of coffee on my way to work every evening. On 3/13/2022 I went back for my second cup. When I left the drive thru I noticed my cup light, so I opened it to find it was only half full. Went back and showed them but they would do nothing about it. I know my cup of coffee is not going to hurt them financially, but I will be going to McDonald's for my cup in the future.

Every morning I stop by and order a latte, every morning I am waiting at least 10 minutes. This past Saturday I ordered my usual, guy swipes my card, 7 minutes later he comes and says that they are having technical problems with the latte machine, I say OK just give me something of the same value. Lady (Megan) comes and says says no we're making it right now. 10 minutes he says the machine is broken.. do I want to wait. No I come every day, I'll be back Monday. He says ok keeps my receipt
Monday, they acted like I was trying to get free stuff. Same lady (Megan) literally closed the window in my face when I was showing her my debit transaction. I sat in the drive-thru for 30 minutes on Saturday but I will not be waiting anymore. I will not return to this location. Every day it's a long wait, every day they are rude and never thank you. Rewind your camera 4/2/2022 at 8:53 when my card was swiped. And see if I actually got my purchase. I don't think customer service is their priority.
