Einstein Bros. Bagels

They are the worst place to get bagels. They only gave us one blueberry bagel & no pumpkin bagel. My mom didn't want them to be sliced but they sliced them any way. There no reason that you can't answer your phones when a costumer is trying to order their bagels to be picked up the next day. This is very poor costumer service that I've seen in years. I might them from someone else.

At the age of 15, I had my first bagel in New York City. I was hooked! First time I tried Einstein Bros Bagels, I totally forgot about NYC!! They offer quality bagels (great variety) at reasonable prices, and the friendly, efficient staff makes the experience that much better! In the South, there are none better than Einstein Bros Bagels - and this location is convenient from every direction. Highly recommended!!!

Covid was practice with some of the staff. I waited longer than I normally would, to put my order in. And once my order was put through, I stood there and waited for my food to get prepared, which took a while, because the staff that was cooking had left. Go figure 🤔

Terrible. Bagel was hard as a rock and burnt. Also not the bagel the I ordered. And it had egg on it when I said no egg. Smoothie tasted like it was made with rotten strawberries. I honestly think I might call corporate. Since They were too busy talking to focus on making orders correctly.

Love the farmhouse bagel. I could eat one everyday. The regular bagels are very good as well. Only downside is they are often out of the bagel that I want.

I don't eat carbs as much as i use too and bagels cream cheese are not part of my diet!! I went inside their for a senseless interview for a JOB@ the spa next door.

Waited for about 20 mins before they approach me a said they out of the bagels that I already paid for, very unorganized. Such a huge waist of time never going back and will never recommend to anyone. We had ordered when they had a bunch of bagels, they forgot my order and when I ask they said they were out of that bagel. I asked to get a refund for my one bagel and they refunded the entire order which is not what I asked then expected me to wait in line again to re order. What a joke horriable experience. Wish I could give them 0 stars

Pros- quality bagels and spreads, and being able to order ahead and actually have it ready at the time selected.

Cons- the drinks are overpriced for the size, particularly the soft drinks.

The bagels are delicious and large. Food in general is excellent. Recommend the Nova Lox. Free WiFi is provided and place is quiet. The staff is usually in late teen age range so it is usually best to verify your order.

I went here to pickup and drop off a delivery for Doordash, I had to wait a little bit, but the staff worked hard to fulfill my customer's order.
