Einstein Bros. Bagels

Only three stars because of the employees, the food was great but the cashier was very rude and she didn’t look like she wanted to be here. I get it because it was morning but I feel like you should at least have a smile on your face. I also waited 15 min for for them to warm my blueberry muffin. 👎😒

This is my first time ordering from this shop. I placed an online order, went to pick it up (picked up the bag with my name on it), got home, and it was an entirely different sandwhich. If you try and call the store, the recording prompt says to "press 3 to speak with a team member", but the recording puts you in an endless loop of telling you to "press 3 to speak with a team member" and never connects you to anyone.
Super annoyed that I just paid $19 for an order and I'm not even going to eat this sandwhich, and I don't have time to go back and get it fixed because I'm on the clock at work.

I absolutely LOVE this place! I wish I lived closer because I promise I would be here every single day. I never had a bad experience. My husband and I throughly enjoy how fresh and hot our food is. We haven’t tasted everything on the menu yet but one day we will! Again, the distance permits us from traveling all the time but when we can go, this is were I would rather go for breakfast. I would highly recommend.

More than just bagels, they have great sandwiches too. Wish they were open for dinner

Love coming to this location. The staff is friendly, service is fast and the bagels are always fresh. I actually got my family hooked on the bagels and now we stop by weekly to order a box.

The doggy bagels I’m not so sure about (tiny bagel image). I bought one to try it out and the cashier said since they are hard to soak it in water for a bit before giving it to my dog. When i got home i did just that but my dog had the hardest time biting it. Not even a knife could cut though it .. not sure if that’s how it’s supposed to be but won’t be buying it again.

Good bagels. A bit pricey. Pricier than Starbucks. But obviously more of a variety.

The food is delicious. Always hot and fresh. The timeliness and rarity of good customer service earn them a 4 star rating.

Friendly staff. It gets busy in the mornings during the weekends. Just have patience when waiting for your food.

There is not enough room to dine in and/or to wait for food.

Bagels are good. My favorite is the apple cinnamon bagel with honey almond spread.

As with most Einstein’s, the bagels were great. This location was clean, fast and efficient. The staff was friendly, and it was an overall great experience.

Good selection and tasty. Good service!
