It's such a cozy place to have breakfast with your love or BFF. Coffee and hazelnut espresso were so delicious. So was the 🥑 toast. Their pastries are giant sizes..it's mouth-watering. The banana nut bread was good and moist, just a tad too sweet for my liking but still yummy. I enjoyed the porch swing, I thought it was so cozy.. I imagined it would be so nice to go at night when the string lights are lit. Lots of other restaurants and shops are within walking distance to enjoy after a bite.

This place was beautiful, spacious, with mostly friendly staff. The drinks were probably more 3.5-4 star but the location was absolutely unique in a 100+ year old historic house. Lovely!

Fabulous place to dine, get coffee and get work done! I’ve been coming to this place for over five years since it was at the Mall of Georgia location and I must say they have definitely improved the location. It has a really nice feel to it! I think the house was built in the late 1890s if I remember correctly and has a very vintage feel to it. The staff is always open and friendly (please see photos), they love what they do, and you’re not treated like a number, sadly the experience most of the time at Starbucks. The baristas know their stuff and are trained well. The place is almost always packed and many many many regulars are there on a regular basis. (No pun intended). You go long enough, the place feels like home! You can’t get that feeling at your local Starbucks. The coffee is always a cut above most of the other independent coffee shops as well. Everyone has their own preferences but to me, there really is no comparison (I personally recommend the vanilla latte) and the menu is also very eclectic and extensive. They have a grilled chicken parmesan marinara sandwich they referred to as The Godfather and it is unbeatable! Better marinara sauce than any legitimate Italian restaurants that I’ve been to and that’s saying something! Even better food than Panera bread and American deli! (More of a variety as well.) Perhaps even better than that is their Friday night entertainment. Local artists such as Rebecka Moreno among many others got their start at this very place! This coffee shop is not the number one coffee shop in Gwinnett for nothing!

This historical home is perfect for the downtown area. Boulder Creek staff was friendly and had bright smiles on their faces. This was my first visit, but I have knowledge of the history and the way it has gracefully served The City of Lawrenceville. I ordered a Cold GA Dream. It was very delightful and refreshing. It's a tad bit pricey, but it's worth it. It's helping the City and bringing smiles to many people. Looking forward to going back and bringing my husband to enjoy this wonderful place together.

Coffee & treats in a stately old house. They also have a drive-thru! The setting is very quaint and intimate; the rooms of the house have different seating arrangements - one room even has a meeting table for study or work sessions. You can sit upstairs, downstairs, outside on the porch, and there is even a fire pit outside as well! The bakery items are HUGE. The food is a bit on the expensive side in my opinion but at least as far as the bakery goes, the size works to make up for it. I ended up needing a to-go box just for a single brownie.

Coziest coffeehouse ever!! Gluten free chocolate chip raspberry cookies are a must try. On the go? Grab a snack at the drive through!

This is a nice coffee shop but parking is a bit of a challenge. There’s not a lot near the shop itself. There’s plenty of seating inside and at the porch.
Staff is not friendly.
They have a variety of pastries but only 2 bagel options . Coffee was just okay!

A coffee shop located in downtown Lawrenceville. I've been in Historic Lawrenceville plenty of times, even was a server at Universal Joint, a burger bar just around the corner. Meet with a coworker over coffee to catch up on life. The place itself is very relaxing. The business is in a historic home preserved & transformed into a neat homie coffee shop. It's a weekday when I came here. Families, kids, and young adults seems to be the majority of the customer. Really interesting place.

Solid food, service and location. Tried the avocado toast and the mocca drink, both were solid. Also tried a latte with caramel and there was a taste that was flowery and i particularly did not enjoy. I really like the lighting. It's got a really nice porch for those who like to sit outside.

Super cute cafe near Lawrenceville city hall and The Lawn. The iced matcha was really good and my friend enjoyed her iced chai as well. Would recommend for a nice view especially on the second floor!
