Einstein Bros. Bagels

I gave 3 stars because the service was great. I have given them a couple of chances to prove themselves but I do not enjoy the food. I got 2 bagel wraps and when I got home I was embarrassed to even give it to my husband. I ate and almost threw it back up. Einstines is not for me. But the customer Service is stellar.

I went here because Panera Bread was out of plain Bagels by 8 in the morning. Einstein Bagels had all the bagels I wanted, they cut them, they had a great deal on a half a dozen with cream cheese and they had great customer service.

This Einstein bagels is excellent the attitude of the employees we're upbeat and ready to be of service. My cashier Melissa was awesome greeted me with a smile lol under her mask. The manager went out of his way to make me a fresh batch of tuna even though lunch hadn't started. I will be back again

It was a unpleasant experience out of all the visits I had. I love the dozen deal with the shmear, so I asked the cashier if they still have a deal on Monday. She replied yes and offered me to join the reward. But since I did not have my cell phone with me, I asked if there is a way for her to create the reward account for me but she said no. So I figure in a busy morning, I shouldn't hold the line and responded that I will pay for the order and perhaps bring the receipt to credit the reward after I sign up for a account, well, I got rejected on that as well, she said basically if I paid for the order, I can't go back and add the reward, which was kind of understandable. So I decided to go ahead and finish the transaction and sign -up later at home. When I got home, I saw the receipt and I was charged with the regular price on the dozen. Called to find out that I have to join the reward program to receive the deal....... wish the cashier would have explain that to me in the first place, feel like she just wanted to get rid of me and move on to the next customer.........

Menu changes are nice, the brisket was very tasty! Sadly, no cinnamon bagels today, so had to go to Panera for it. The people were very friendly!

Very delicious! I had the farmhouse bagel as my first time coming here and it was amazing

Was there on June 26. 2 staff working several people in restaurant. Took a very long time to get our meal. Staff was doing the best they could. Should have more reliable personnel. Meal was good. Management should hire more people for lunch time.

I don't have one near my house. The family loved the bagels and a variety of cream cheeses. Delicious!! Chocolate chip croissants were amazing. Soft.

Have gone to this location twice in the past two weeks. Both times, the bagels that I received had a thimble of spread on them - - nothing like the photo. Avacado spread, for example, should at least cover the surface of the bagel - - whether it's 1/16" thick or 1/4" thick. When the spread is 1/16" thick AND it only covers maybe 2/3 of the surface of the bagel, you lose customers. Given its happened both of my last two visits, maybe it's something management is teaching?

The bagel itself was just OK nothing to rant & rave about so was the black berry lemonade. I ordered Turkey Sasg w/egg whites on apple cinnamon bagel. The cashier was friendly. The signs on entering & exiting & ordering are horribly backwards.
