If you like an acidity coffee, here is the place. They have really good cakes and good atmosphere. But long waiting time.

I stopped in to get dessert, no one was at the dessert counter but me, I wasn't greeted, then two other ladies came up together were greeted and asked what they would like. I am standing there like
I am invisible. I turned around and walked out, I did let the hosted know what just happened. This isn't the first time i experience poor service from them..I will not return.

Just had a great meal at Cafe Intermezzo. Attentive staff and wonderful atmosphere. The GM and manager stopped by to see if we needed anything. Very nice. We left with a delicious latte "to go" but we will be back to enjoy many more meals in the near future.

The espresso martini was absolutely amazing -- perfectly balanced and expertly crafted. However, I have to admit that the cake was too rich for me. While it looked beautiful and tasted great, it was definitely a challenge to finish. Overall, though, it was a wonderful evening and I'll definitely be back for another martini soon!

Came in around 6:30pm to have dessert. We asked for a table and we’re told it would be an hour wait so we asked if we could just grab a dessert to go in that case. We were initially told yes by the women at the front and then told to “hold on”, and directed/escorted out the door as the another host rudely pointed to a sign that said “due to the volume, we will resume to-go orders at 7pm” with not a single word. Would have appreciated he just tell us that in person and we would have gladly walked ourselves out. Extremely rude and we will not be back.

This is the perfect spot to add a little boujee to your brunch! The Chicken Florentine Crepes and Croque Monsieur were everything! It was like taking a trip to Paris without having to clear customs. Highly recommend!

I love the atmosphere of this restaurant so very much, but tonight’s experience unfortunately put a bad taste in my mouth. The server was nice, but it took so long to get her attention for anything and our drinks were empty for a while, multiple times. My main disappointment, is the lackluster service- which I can only assume is because we were a group of younger women. I’ve came here 3 times and have only been given good service when I came with my parents. It’s unfortunate because I do love the food, but I’m not sure I’ll be back.

Update: I believe based on the response I was misunderstood, so to clarify, I saw it was cashless before I walked in. I had just already waited about an hour so decided to go against my own normal rule. It just simply will not happen again now that I am fully aware.

Service has always been good. I have not had the menu food, only the desserts and hot chocolates and those have always tasted good, some better than others but that is a matter of taste not the restaurants fault. Unfortunately they have decided to be cashless and with that have lost my business and my respect. There are people like me who prefer to use cash and can not support any store or restaurant that does not take it. We are not a cashless society and I should be allowed to use my money whether it is physical or digital. I will not be returning until they take cash and will be recommending my family and friends not go there either.

I was in last night and I have never been more insulted. I went with 2 other friends we order food . We order strawberry crepes for dessert. Our crepes were on serving table for more than 20 min . Other servers looked at food and walked off. Our server final came and brought our food I politely asked if we could get new ones . She said she would talk with manager. She comes back states “the manager said we will take off crepes if your return them. I told her I didn’t want them taken off I just wanted warm crepes. Server never came back . Another server came and gave us our bill . I’ve never been so disappointed.

Hello my name is Charlie , I am a regular here and I have to say I couldn’t stand seeing this man with this hat on.. is it even covering his hair ? Isn’t that against health code ? I suggest you guys talk to this guy about wearing a bigger hat or atleast a hairnet … thank you . service is okay unless you sit at the bar where you get a very rude bartender that is bothered by everything you say . Food is great
