Café Intermezzo - Avalon

Really intimate, delicious and special way to end a date night or just to connect with someone. The atmosphere is perfect for nice conversation. Desserts are delicious. The hazelnut/banana crepe is divine. I will be thinking of this delicious dessert in the coming weeks. Service is good. cash only. I have to admit I haven't eaten a proper meal here but would like to try. Large selection of alcohol as well. We are never disappointed in cafe Intermezzo.

Nice cosy coffee place for relaxing and enjoying time with family and friends. Tried their lemon torte cake which was really good and had their coffee cafe cioccolocino. They have outdoor seating aswell and looks great. Good experience .

Wen't here couple of times. Spicy Tortellini and bruschetta were good, don't have pics. Cioccoloccino Bianco is good, waffle is bit sweet. French toast is good, avacado on avacado toast wasn't fresh, told the server and they replaced with a fresh one which tasted good. Great Service , outside seating has heaters for winter. Outside waiting area is cool too, has couple of swings and a fireplace.

i love cafe intermezzo, the quality of the food is unbeatable every time. me and my friend went today for dessert, and our server recommended the chocolate ganache cake, which was so good!! our server was also super nice and offered us both great service (unfortunately i forgot her name, but she was blonde and an absolute sweetheart) and even left a sweet little message on my receipt which may seem like a small act of kindness to some, but i really appreciated it since i was having a very rough day.

One of my favorite places in avalon!! I have been here many times and I have never been disappointed. The atmosphere in here is really nice especially either really early or really late. I love the paintings and decorations. The coffee, drinks and food here is so tasty.
And the cheesecakes and fruit tart are some of the best in the area for sure. Definitely recommend checking it out if you are in avalon.

Great food, fabulous service, unique atmosphere and delicious coffees make this one of the must visit cafes in the area. We had the two egg breakfast and the Belgium waffles for brunch. The food was great and very tasty! Enjoyed the unique Cioccoloccino Bianco coffee as well. Definitely a recommended place to check out in the Avalon

This cute little European style cafe acts as a perfect "Intermission" to escape from your busy life. Its a time machine that takes you back to a Old Europe. Felt like I was in the move "Midnight in Paris".

Cute little flowers on the table and QR code for the menu on the table. Toward the evening the lights were dim, candle on table . This is a nice little spot for a date. The wait was an hour on Saturday afternoon. While you wait your surrounded by shopping stores. Just outside the Cafe there is a fire pit, chairs and tables, a couple of swings for two. The servers are great! If your gluten free the only thing you can eat are salads. I had a great salad that was tasty. You can see the food being prepare so that's cool. My friends enjoy everything here too including dessert.
