Café Intermezzo - Avalon

This place is lovely for brunch. It is still gorgeous and we just had the table right by the front door. The cafe intermezzo coffee had almonds and was delicious. My friend got the smoked salmon eggs Benedict which looked lovely. I had the avocado toast. Although my eggs were kind of dry everything else was tasty. I would love to try this place again. The atmosphere is really so romantic. The wait for a table was over an hour so be prepared.

This place gave me vibes like when I was in Paris. From the outdoor seating, to the artwork on the walls, to the smell of delicious coffee. The ambiance was really nice. Initially it was a 45 min wait but was able to get a seat at the bar area right away. The waitress was very attentive and polite. Enjoyed the food. Had the spicy tortellini with salmon and the French toast with bananas and pecans. I also liked they had classical music playing as well. Definitely will come back. Great public place for online dating meetups. Casual but elegant.

First time dining here and I loved every minute of it! Our server Meghan was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu items. I love going to restaurants where the server can recommend great choices, and she did exactly that! The only negative I have is that I would have liked the cappuccino I ordered to be more hot. It was a little lukewarm. I loved the ambiance of the place. We had a table seat outside and we were able to chill and people watch at the same time. I would highly recommend visiting this establishment. I will definitely be returning! Ask for Meghan when you visit!

Amazing. First time I think I had cake for an appetizer prior to breakfast. We sat next to the glass case of cakes and this lemon cake I’m pretty sure was talking to me. Looks had nothing on the taste - moist, sweet and just overall heavenly. Breakfast was absolutely the best and I just wasn’t ready. My new favorite brunch spot!

My wife and I were here for dinner. We enjoyed the spicy pasta which was vegetarian. Then really care about the cheese on it though. I had the intermezzo coffee and found it really tasty. The overall ambience of this place is pretty decent.

We were given the option to sit at the bar as the place was full on a Wednesday night. You may want to book ahead.

The coffee and dessert of course are wonderful! The food is very tasty. We have burgers, chicken salad croissants and crepes( so good). Took awhile to get a seat so we had drinks n coffees at bar. The coffee intermezzo. ( non alcoholic) was so good!! I wanted another. Beautiful restaurant. We will go back.

Amazing food! 100/10 would recommend! I had an amazing lunch♡♡ I got a little full after eating my burger but they gave me a chocolate cake and I couldn't resist it and let me tell you...I don't regret eating it....it was so delicious I would eat it again 😭😭

Classic, cool, and cozy place to have a romantic date. It wont be limited to romantic meetups but also you can grab your coffee and enjoy wandering around Avalon.

I usually try their mocha and haven't had their meals but it smells good:)
recommended.

This place is beautiful, and I can't wait to come here again, whether it's a special occasion (We were here for New Year's Eve 2021 & they were open 'til MIDNIGHT!) or just a plain Jane day. Everything was delicious, their cakes are PHENOMENAL, and a fabulous time was had by all.

This place is absolutely incredible! what a gem 💎 they don’t have reservations, first come first served. it was an hour wait on a Saturday night which is the busiest, but you can always choose to sit at the bar and save the wait time. Their tomato 🍅 soup was the best!!! So as tomato basil 🌿 balsamic vinegar side for the hamburger 🍔 which we enjoyed a lot, medium-well! and a classic Caesar salad was just as you’d expect it to be. Cafe latte, strong and creamy was perfect and Bosco berry cake 🫐 🍰 was an absolute highlight of the dinner! atmosphere was great - pay attention to the chandeliers and all the details of the interior - it looks great! and of course, servers were nice and friendly, making our experience really nice and pleasant! looking forward to coming back to this place again!
