Krispy Kreme

The doughnuts are always good but the drive thru you can throw it away and is super slow. Allow people to come into the store would help mine things along.

My wife and I tried a couple different types of donuts on Friday morning. They were the freshest donuts I’ve ever had from a Krispy Kreme. Good job! Had some OJ w the donuts. Pretty good stuff as well!

This is only because of the service. I love the donuts and I have no ISSUE with those. But the employees are rude and straight disrespectful. I was waiting inside to make a purchase I noticed at least 4 employees in the back. 3 of them made eye contact with me and continued as if they didn't see me standing there. At least acknowledge me and ask me to wait.

Great place for a quick coffee and sugar fix. I love the regular glazed donuts.

The doughnuts always taste fresh, however they don’t have the featured donuts that other Kristy Kreme shops have, and their always running out of the cake doughnuts. It’s touch and go with customer service. Sometimes their very friendly, other times they have a negative attitude or get my order wrong.

Place has became terrible ever since old staff gone. Donuts not even round.

This was the worst ever!! We got there and said the name for the order in the speaker and silence for no less than 30 seconds. Ok, pull to the window. So we do, she says, we don't sell chocolate fill or cake batter (funny why would I be able to order it if you didn't but I'm not in the mood to argue, maybe they are just out).

Ok, can I just get blueberry and sour cream instead?

We don't sell those neither.

She finally is happy with me getting some lemon filled and chocolate glazed.

Then hands me one box.....

We asked about the other box and she SLAMS HER HANDS DOWN!!!! I'm sorry doing your job is such an inconvenience! I do togo and have to walk in and out in the heat all day! So tell me again how that AC is such an inconvenience!! I will NEVER go there again!!

Good donuts don't make up for bad service
Saw the "Hot Donuts Now" light on when I drove by on an errand. I stopped by on my way home as it had been quite a while since I last had Krispy Kreme and the light had tempted me. It was about 8pm when I walked in. There was no one at the counter, but I could see a lady in the back with a headset on putting donuts into boxes. I called out several times trying to get some help, but she didn't respond. I also saw a guy walking around in the back so I started waving my arms trying to get someone to notice me. I could swear the guy looked and saw me at least once, but I got no acknowledgement until after I had stood there for 7 minutes. When a different lady finally came out to get my donuts for me there was no apology or any kind of acknowledgement of my long wait. Needless to say, I was very disappointed in the customer service at this store and will probably not return. The only reason I gave two stars was for the donuts themselves.

Donughts were fresh fresh fresh. Haven't had Krispy Kreme in Years. Could not wait to try it again and they did NOTdisappoint. Saw the cashier take the donught fresh off machine. Very quick service. No wait. And the cashier was ready for my order.

Great product, slow service... I've always enjoyed Krispy Kreme doughnuts, but the service here in Albany Georgia is lacking. The poor cashier did not know how to enter in the member promotional offer for BOGO, but any dozen and get a dozen regular glazed for free.
