Krispy Kreme

I mean, Hot-n-Ready gets 5 stars every time in any state or country, right!?! This particular location needs to get its drive-thru ordering board back to an operational level and figure out how to accept more than Cash-only in its drive-thru. We now live in a society that mostly relies on easy and convenient debit/credit card transactions.

My husband and I walked in to buy a dozen doughnuts. The manager was cussing one of her employees out in front of the customers. The manager had respect for her employee, the customers or herself. We will not be going back their again. We went to Dunkin Doughnuts and had a awesome customer experience. I would give negative stars if they had some. Terrible service.

Come-on who doesn't love donuts!!! My favorite is the chocolate covered cream filled with a coffee! Always good, great customer service as well!

Yummy BOGO donuts for the 4th!!

We went through the drive thru to order. We hadn't quite gotten up to the order board so, apparently, we didn't hear the initial greeting. When we said "hello? " the girl running the speaker got an attitude and responded with "I SAID welcome to Krispy Kreme!" Ok. Gotcha. We proceeded to order two dozen mixed donuts. For the hot donut sign being on, we got some of the oldest looking donuts that I've ever seen and all of the most unpopular flavors. I have never gotten such poor service! I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK ANYTIME SOON!

The donuts are great. The service is horrendous. Was the only person in there, took 5 minutes for the cashier to come up front. She told me it'd be a 15-20 minute wait (I had a few dozen boxes ordered); I left 40 minutes later. Plus she forgot the sugar for the boxes of coffee I ordered.

What can say? Krispy Kreme is King. This store makes the perfect donut you have come to love. But be ready for slow service. The staff are in no hurry to serve you and having to wait with very small crowds (2 or 3) is common. I am talking about waits of 10 or 15 minutes while staff fill orders for the convenience stores, church fund raising etc. I left one time because no one ever came to the drive in window, even with no customers inside and me having rolled back and forth several times. I honked and saw no one. Driving off you can see inside and the crew was working the donut machine and ignoring me.

Customer service at Krispy Kreme is great. There is always a huge drive thru line, so that lets you know that the doughnuts are good. I like them better than Dunkin Doughnuts because they are fresh and hot. They also have a much bigger selection than just glazed and chocolate. They have seasonal doughnuts as wel.

Was there at 7:30 tonight and they were out of any kind of glazed donuts.
I was told that none would be made tonight.
There was probably a few dozen creme filled left.
Don't know why they were even open.
Whats going on????
