Born and raised on these, they are way smaller now and thicker in texture, they used to just melt in your mouth !!!

What is there to say about Krispy Kreme? Every one knows about Krispy Kreme right? When I have to have my sugar fix it's time for a trip to Krispy Kreme. Lord help me when I go in and they have HOT DONUTS. The aroma is a will crusher and I get way too many. I try to limit myself to two donuts each for my wife and I.

This restaurant has been in Albany. Ga since I was born they have the best doughnuts and coffee in town if you come to visit stop buy and get you a doughnut and coffee I promise you'll love it.

Did not have any Krispy Screams for Halloween and didn't even know what I was referring to. Thats bad when your workers do not even know about their own products. Additionally, they did not have any coffee made. Seriously? How do u have doughnuts without coffee??

I haven't been to any Krispy Kreme in years and now I know why. Feelin' like a "Crackhead" with a sugar 🤪 😜 🤪 😋 rush/addiction afterwards! Donut 🍩 challenge : Try to eat only one donut their!

OH MY I'M ADDICTED ALL I CAN SAY

Showed up at 5:30 in the morning to grab six dozen doughnuts for a client and they had it boxed up and ready without issue.

They have tons of deals all the time.

Feels a bit understaffed at times, especially if you're walking into the building instead of the drive through. Most of the staff work the back making/boxing doughnuts, and working the drive through.

As long as you're patient and not getting doughnuts on your way to put out a literal fire, you'll love it.

Drive thru only. Busy, but you get your order pretty quick

Once upon a time it was a good store. The night-shift employees need an overhaul. On a Monday afternoon around 4:00 PM, we placed an order for 120 glazed doughnuts to be picked up at 6:00 AM the following morning for a breakfast event at work. I arrived at 6:00 AM to a locked door and a night shift employee inside laying her head on a table. She comes to the door, unlocks it, and cracks it open so I could talk to her. I told her my name and that I was there to pickup my order. She just stood there staring at me for about 5 seconds. I finally asked her if she knew anything about the order I placed the previous day. She just kept staring at me for another few seconds before shaking her head! I thanked her for her good customer service and told her I'd figure something out before our 7:00 AM event.Without ever saying a single word to me, she eased the door shut and locked it while still staring at me through the door! Thank goodness WalMart Market was open. I rushed to throw something together there.We used to get Krispy Kreme for all our staff on our staff meeting days. But due to this occurrence and others experienced by other managers, the Albany Krispy Kreme will NEVER see our dollars come into their store. Lately, Dunkin Donuts has been MORE than accommodating. And the coffee is better too!

They need to fix their drive thru speaker. I ordered 2 chocolate eclairs for my old man and he says chocolate exlairs is NOT what he got. They were out of the strawberry chiller I ordered and I had to get lemonade and I'm still suffering from te heart burn from it. I didn't realize there was THAT little strawberry in the cup when they told me it had run out or I would have just gotten the refund
