Krispy Kreme

If you like regular glazed donuts they are great. If you are looking for a variety or for their specialty products forget it. They advertise them but never have them

As always, their donuts are amazing. That's the only reason they they got four stars.
Wish I could say the same for their customer service. One can never tell if they will be greeted with a smile and friendly service or if they will be met with arrogance and rudeness like we were about 10:00 PM on New Years eve.
I know people need jobs but if they can't offer a smile, courteous service and a friendly attitude they don't need to work with the public.

I tried to call and preorder for my place of business today and they would not take a preorder that I even tried to pay for. I would be ordering 10 dozen. You would think if you were ordering 10 dozen that they would take a preorder and payment over the phone. Who can drive 25 miles to place an order and then drive 25 miles back home and 25 miles again in the am to pick them up. They never have any left if I don’t preorder when it’s a holiday. Thanks dunk-in doughnuts for taking care of my order. Will never use this place again. I hope your owner aware of the money you are turning away.

Diabetic ⚠️: Their donuts are much sweeter than as I remembered growing up as a kid , so say that eat one (1) 😋 at your own " Hot N Now 2.0" risk if you can!!

Always welling to fulfill your order

They are supposed to open the dining room at 330, but folks were still standing around in the heat at 4. We decided to go through the drive thru, but it took forever. This place isn't like any other Krispy Kreme I've ever been to.

Doughnuts are still delicious but the service is absolutely horrible. Server wasn’t wearing gloves with nasty 3” long nails. I waited 30 minutes for two dozen glazed. I won’t be returning. Very disappointed.

Typical Albany shop. They don't have any of the advertised donuts. The ones we did get are probably from 2 days ago. 3 people standing in the lobby for 5 minutes with no workers in sight.

Don't mess with my Krispy Kreme !
