Had nothing in store that was advertised...fountain drink machine just for display...worst ever

I rated low not because the donuts were bad but because they have a thief working the register. She handed me my donuts with napkins and receipt on top of the box and when I asked for my debit card back she says it was with my napkins and receipt. First of all as a cashier you should be handing someone their receipt and card back in their hand. Secondly my debit card was not included in the exchange. I tore up my vehicle looking also checked right outside the window and nothing. She definitely took the card. I can’t believe someone would steal right in front of my eyes like that, the audacity.

First time in a Krispy Kreme and I enjoyed it and my donuts were delicious

They should've upgraded their age-old building that would've accommodated a public restroom, like Dunkin' Donuts downtown that was built less than five years ago.
The cream filled doughnut holes don't have enough filling in them either.

They had fresh hot doughnuts!!! Only reason to stop!

However, I had to feel sorry for the girl at the register that waited on me. She was pregnant & not happy about working (12/16/19)...& didn’t mind sharing it with me.

Came by at 620 am as we were headed to the Albany Airport, tried to enter at front door but was locked, which was odd bc all the lights were on and had all the donuts in the display case, sign on door said they opened at 6, but literally not a soul in sight. Finally spotted a woman sitting down in the back, she motioned for us to go thru drive thru. Ordered 1 dozen of chocolate and glazed, when she handed us the box, it was cold and I noticed that I couldn't smell that delicious donut smell like I usually do. After trying the first and only bite, I realized why, they're old donuts. You would think at 6 am, you'd get fresh donuts. But thinking back to when we at the front door, I noticed there was literally nothing going on with the donut making equipment. I don't think they are actually making any donuts in-store, i think theyre shipped in from somewhere else and then just taken out and put in the display cases. I could get cold and old KK donuts from Walmart or a local gas station.

So the donuts were good as usual, but they're Hot donut sign was lit up outside when they didn't actually have any hot donuts. So if you're going there expecting hot donuts because the lights on it might not be what you want.

Customer service is literally among the worst. No surprise though. I called to inquire when the hot light will be on. The lady told me from 4pm to 8pm. So I replied "oh ok so it's on now" "no" was her answer. I said "I'm sorry I thought you said 4-8, it's 7 now" she came back rudely with "I know what I said" it's ashame businesses continue to do nothing about the absolute rude employees that are hired just to fill a spot.

Hot light was on so of course we had to stop. Got 3 footballs and the rest regular glazed. Fast and friendly service you all should stop in sometime.
