🥯 Brooklyn Bagels & Deli Beneva

As a New Yorker there are too often establishments that will use "Brooklyn" in their business name to attract customers and ultimately disappoint. That is not the case with Brooklyn Bagels & Deli. Their bagels were fresh and delicious and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I will definitely return here frequently

Great food! Bagels are awesome, herb and garlic cream cheese. I don't eat meat and I loved it(I do eat eggs)! Meat eaters have a great menu. 5 stars

🚨 Fake Reviews - This Bagel PLACE has a lot of FALSE & Misleading Paid Reviews!

Most disorganized and poorly ran breakfast place in Sarasota Florida.

- Takes 2-3 Phone Calls before they answer.
- They take Delivery Orders from Uber East & Deivery Dues rather then the person in line at the counter.
- Takes 10 minutes to pay for and take your to-go order.
- Understaffed.
- Poor communication.

This bagel shop has drawn me to visit based on its reviews. I have to say, we were so glad we came. We had lunch outside! The deli was immaculate!!! The staff there were so nice and accommodating. My wife always has footnotes at the bottom of any order and they made it perfect! Thank you again for the hospitality and terrific food!!

Brooklyn Bagels is a must stop! I go there at least once a week and get their Italian sub it is delicious, the best part is they’ll press it for you per request and it is amazing! Not to mention the pickle and chips on the side, makes it a perfect lunch!

Tasty bagels! Won't compare to NY/NJ because it's unfair! As a former New Yorker, I was very pleased! Got to learn to find the positive in FL vs comparing everything to where you once lived! Enjoyed and will be back!

Delicious double egg, pork roll, and cheese on a bun. Coffee is real good. The place is quaint and clean. Bagels are awesome here. Fast customer service. I like the breakfast sandwich punch card. Buy 10 get one free. Nova lox ,capers, cream cheese, and red onion on bagel is delightful. Proprietor runs a tight ship. An excellent little place

Well I tried, Jersey Girls, Brooklyn Bagel and Deli Carrlemen, and today, I tried the Beneva location.

Great bagels, as the Cattlemen location and today I tried the New Yorker sandwich which was very good!

The sweetest little 'mom & pops' shop I've ever been to. The woman always behind the counter is so sweet. She makes the experience very homey and pleasant. I can't wait to come back, all the bagels look delicious, even though (sadly) I've only tried a few. (I loved them by the way).

Not terrible,, but pretty much what you get at Panera. We ordered two New Yorker's with bacon...having been from NY we had high hopes...but agree with the reviewer that said it was "meh". Bagel needs to be boiled to be called NY, so this fell very short for us. Sandwich seemed small and white American isn't New York. We too will keep searching...but after looking for 25 years we think the probability of finding an almost perfect NY bagel outside of NY is grim.
