Finally a full service coffee shop that put love and care into delivering up delicious coffee drinks.. Details matter in an elegant coffee experience. They focus on each component with passion and it comes out in the cup. I had a mocha. Beautiful!
The newest Specialty/3rd Wave Coffee shop in Sarasota did NOT disappoint. These guys are awesome. I tried a bit of everything, I had a pour over and it was the first time I’d ever had beans from Myanmar, which honestly blew my mind with the clarity and fruity notes. Then I ordered a cortado which was great. I also sampled their batch brew which had some pretty cool notes to it, and for $3 versus $6 I’m sure a lot of people would like this option. Finally I tried 2 of their Kyoto cold brews, and my favorite was once again the Myanmar one. My wife has an iced oat milk latte and it was great. So go check out Palma coffee, their atmosphere was cool and the baristas/owners were really knowledgeable about the growing, roasting, and brewing processes of coffee; and they were friendly!
Think of two baristas who are passionate about their coffee, caring for how that taste came to be, how the bean came to be. Not just selecting coffee to select it.
Cozy, charming, peaceful little coffee shop. Delicious pastries, even better coffee. A great change of atmosphere for my work day today. Love Manuel & Amanda and what they have brought to Sarasota. If you haven’t yet, visit them! You won’t regret it.
Cute little coffee shop in a plaza. It’s around the side, so keep looking, it’s totally worth it when you find them! Owners are very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Great atmosphere for relaxing and reading. They’ve been open a short time, so make sure you visit this small local business to support them! Spread the word! ❤️
I love Palma and I feel so lucky to have them nearby! They are so welcoming and nice and knowledgeable! They’re also really connected with their community and they’re always doing events with other local businesses. Everything they make is so good you could just point to the menu blind and find something fresh and new and amazing, including lots of non coffee drinks. I even started buying my beans there. Go there you’ll love it they even have a cute outdoor space and amazing mural and it’s a great place to sit with your pups!
Palma is now my favorite coffee shop in Sarasota. It’s a perfect gem. The coffee is delicious and it’s a wonderful place to sneak off and grab a cortado and work, or gather around the large table with friends and chat! The owners are amazing, sweet people. Definitely recommend you check out Palma in South Sarasota ♥️
Amanda and Manuel have created a special special shop! Visiting from out of town, I always search for lovely coffee shops and I was so fortunate to come across their shop. From the moment I came in, they warmly greeted me, we talked life, travels, over a cup of coffee. The kindness and genuine love for coffee comes through in their drinks. You must visit! This will now be a place a come to every time I am in town! Thank you Amanda and Manuel!
Best coffee shop in sarasota, hands down. Coffee is an experience here, ethically sourced and brought to Palma with intention and purpose. The owners Manny and Amanda are passionate by nature, and bring a refreshing energy to the space. Quality, friendly knowledgeable owners, good atmosphere with vinyl and French pastries.
Beautiful cafe and the couple that manages it is absolutely lovely! We ordered 2 lattes and 1 iced latte and all were really delicious. Smooth, well-balanced espresso. The cinnamon pastry was also really good.
Nice decor with plenty of plants and indoor/outside seating. Lots of parking. Will definitely be back soon!
