🥯 Brooklyn Bagels & Deli Beneva

Delicious. As a New Yorker I am very particular when it comes to bagels. This place was fantastic! Great bagels, whitefish salad (my favorite), and my husband's breakfast sandwich on a bagel was really good. So happy to have a bagel place in Sarasota that rivals my old stomping ground in NY.

I was having such a crazy morning and came into the store to grab a quick bite. Little did I know that the the two girls named Bev and Kara in the front would enhance my day so much. Their quick work and great customer service insured that I was in and out in enough time to make me not late for work. I will definitely be returning.

Awesome place to get breakfast! I would highly recommend eating here! Whenever I have spare time in the mornings I stop here to get my daily dose of savory goodness! I usually am welcomed by their friendly staff, most notably an employee by the name of Bev who's work ethic is absolutely admirable!! I recieve assistance at times on selecting which bagels I might eat and during the process she would aid me along with other employees such as Kara who's character really shines through the establishment. Along with the friendly service comes the quality of the food and I must say the breakfast sandwiches are top tier!
If you ever have time head to Brooklyn bagels! Your taste buds will thankyou tons!!

Highly recommend! I have been coming for years and the food has always been top notch, and so is the service. Kara and Bev were the ones who helped me out last time I was in, and they were super attentive and helpful. The staff and service are a huge part of the reason I continue to dine there!

Going to this spot is always an amazing experience. The food is always delcious, and the resturant is always very clean. The homemade cream cheeses are incredible with their delcious bagels. Everytime I go in there, the staff is so upbeat and friendly. Just wanted to give a special shout out to Kara and Bev for always knowing my order when I come and acknowledging me by name! Definitely recommend!

The best location in SRQ for bagels and atmosphere! The kind, friendly staff are the best! The owner is there engaging and always there when needed! Kara and lisa are incredible! Moira makes the best breakfast sandwiches! YOU MUST TRY!!

Customer service could definitely be better. I'm not sure if whenever I do go there, it just happens to be the day they're having a bad day. The older lady, though, is pretty awesome. She's always making jokes . I loooove their food, which is why I always go back .

Went to Beneva location
The Staff is Horrible and lacks leadership. The one lady was nasty and Rude. Not much variety of soft drinks. Soda and ice tea and orange juice. Bagels lacked taste and undercooked. Don’t waste your time or Money. Staff are not capable of working in fast pace Environment

Brooklyn Bagels are the closest I found to New York style bagels. They have a very good selection of flavors and they’re always fresh.
