My family and I happened into this very interesting ice cream shop after church one Sunday. This place was completely empty and we had the place completely to ourselves. They have a sprinkle pit and photo opportunity area. Personally, I thought this place was super cute. The young lady behind the counter was equally as sweet with grand patience. She was nice even after my 3yr old dropped an entire milk shake and then an ice cream cone. Lol. The ice cream flavors were not terribly adventurous but they had a large selection of classic with a creative twist. Price was very far and the parking was very accessible. They do have a drive thru so I definitely suggest making a trip there, even if you don’t have a lot of time!

Good service. Hersheys brand ice cream. Also candy bar. Ice cream is reasonably priced. Candy bar is a bit expensive, but 8 believe you are paying for the experience. I recommend getting the kids something from here but don't let them go in. You will lose a toe and an eye.

COVID hasn’t stopped this place from being awesome!!
Super friendly person at the counter even when there was a crowd. I waited until the crowd was gone before taking pictures. 3 of the tables were taken when we arrived at 2:30pm
The drive through was busier than I had anticipated, so locals seem to like it too. The map says it is “in JummyJohns” - see photo. It’s not. So we had a sandwich then ice cream. We actually ate JimmyJohns at the tables in Sweet Cone AL, then stepped in line. The ice cream was priced reasonably and my kids played for 20 minutes in the “Sprinkles Pool”…. Then thoroughly washed their hands and arms just in case.

Great icecream selection! Their coffee toffee crunch icecream was 👌👌👌. They also have a pool of sprinkles and a couple photo booths to have fun with

Have not experience it yet
I called for directions 6 times. Someone picked up the first time and I lost connection. Call back several times and someone finally picked up and when I said hello, hello, The female hung up. Very bad service.
Update: Finally found the ice cream parlor and spoke with the woman who initially answered and hung up the phone. She explained she couldn't hear and thought it was a crank call.
Sounds reasonable to me. The banana split was outstanding!! When I feel better I'll take my nephew there. Good customer service!! I give it a 5 🌟 now.

Today was my 1st visit to Sweet Cone Alabama. I’ve been wanted to try for a while so I was super excited. Upon entering the store I was very happy with the size and how clean and spacious the store is. I also thought the sprinkle bed and photo booths were so cute. However, I was never greeted. The staff had a blank stare and asked what we wanted. No enthusiasm, it was very weird and off. This is such a nice store and the ice cream is really good. It’s just unfortunate that the unwelcoming and unappreciated demeanor of the staff will stray customers away.

My daughter wanted a banana split for her birthday. She doesn't eat chocolate ice cream or sauce. We asked to change to vanilla and any other sauce. They said that you can't change any flavors on any of their sundaes or splits. There is no difference in price for different ice cream. It was pretty ridiculous. We drove down the street to a place with customer service. I would have made it a 1 star review but it was clean

We went in for ice cream and it was a very strange experience. The server stalked out of the back and didn't say a word the entire time, didn't even greet us. She finally spoke when we paid, but she just stared at us. The 2 cones cost $20 (not including tip). While the ice cream was good, it wasn't THAT good. The atmosphere in the shop overall was very unsettling with no music and no interaction.

Way too expensive for what you get. $10 for a milkshake is pure insanity. It was ok, but I've had better at other ice cream shops and didn't have to cut off my right arm to pay for it. No wonder this place is always empty.

Amazing Little Place.
Great Young Lady working . She was the only one there. she not only had us and some other people in the lobby but also she was taking care of all the drive thru orders.
Smiled the whole time and greeted everyone the same.
This young lady definitely deserves a raise I typically give shout outs on my reviews but the receipt doesn't have her name.
Date and time of our stop at this shop are . March 23rd 2023. 8:33pm.
